“EU-China Trade Agreements and Human Rights Issue” writing essay help: writing essay help

This was a pretty good thesis, especially in terms of balancing pre-existing views with your own analysis and recommendations. The most important thing to address is your independence as an author, as there are a couple of sections where there’s a clear bias toward European values which undermines your points somewhat. Aside from that, there were quite a lot of parts where citations are missing. On the other hand, some supervisors are more strict than others when it comes to when, where and how often you cite sources so the degree to which i’ve marked the missing citations may be too much. If you want to play it safe, I would include citations in all the places i’ve marked.

UPD: Dear Writer; attached you can find the files. The one you will use to write is the one called Current Thesis. The others are very Important as reference because they give you the feedback from the professor. I remind you that in the previous file you sent me in the other order you did not improve from the comments, you simply accepted them. Therefore I will expect you to go through the in-text comments file and go paragraph by paragraph.

The thesis needs to have a maximum of 15k and therefore you will have to find some sentences to cut down – please double check the analysis as it currently seems to be very long and concise. The conclusion Is an important chapter and therefore should be tackled with such attention.

I will not open once again the revision because I consider that this order should be completed as soon as possible and therefore I cannot longer allow to go for late deadline revision. Looking forward to hearing from you

revision feedback: Dear Writer I have discussed this last version of the thesis with my friend. What you did in your lit review is that you took every single writer and analysed a bit what they said about the topic. In his literature review, in order to avoid that and not make it too long, He did the following: Let’s say you have writers A, B, C, D, and E. The first three might have said almost similar things. I would write in just a sentence or two: “A, B, C, and D argue that blah blah blah, while E adds to these findings blah blah.” And so you could write something that would in other cases be a paragraph, in just a sentence. Sometimes I would even add just some names together without having read their work. I only knew that they spoke about the same general topic (i.e. EU-China after Maastricht)
t’s very good and well- and carefully-written. I only had two minor comments. The only ‘major thing’ for me is that I feel your lit review is too big. It’s 6100 words, while your analysis for example is 4000 words and the conclusion is even shorter. I’d suggest to cut down on words from the lit review and add on the conclusion
I will not open a revision section. But I will have to ask you to Try to make the conclusion at least 1.5-2 pages long. This should be done as quick as possible as I will have to upload it on the university software by tomorrow at 12h00. Please help me successfully finish this big project.

of brand authenticity, brand complexity, and collective brand ownership in participatory place branding initiatives argumentative essay help

Please find attached an example of a good dissertation so you know what the expectations are for the thesis

Besides this, please find attached the interviews and methodology chapter I wrote some months ago. It is a qualitative study based on a case study. Please feel free to change anything that will improve the focus and quality of the work in the already written chapter. At this point, I am a bit unsure of everything (research gap, questions and significance). I had as an initial idea the following research question: How do short-term participatory branding projects implemented by internal stakeholders denote brand authenticity, brand complexity, and collective brand ownership?

I would like to have excellent quality in the work that makes sense and uses as reference my data from the interviews, focusing a lot on the role of internal stakeholders in city branding and the concepts of brand authenticity, complexity, and brand ownership.

I was thinking to use Theory of Practice (Bordieu, 1977) as theoretical framework. However, if there is a better theory to analyze the data according to the research problem and question please do not hesitate to change it. I would like to have a weekly copy of the work to follow up on all the updates and progress in order to be prepared. If necessary please specify comments in a word document for me to understand the choices as I have to defend the thesis.

Use at least 70 references besides the ones I already use in the Methodology chapter. Harvard style of referencing.

Use size 12 for the main text and use the format same as the methodology chapter.

At the end find attached the course syllabus to understand the requirements of the work.

Please if you have any questions let me know, I will be happy to answer anything.

For the sources please read Kavaratzis, Zenker, Braun, Ashworth, and Anholt articles to understand the topic. These sources are the basis of the study.

Do not include cover page in the word count please.

For this assignment you will be doing research towards a final analysis paper on one of the following movies: Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom, Moonlight, or Parasite. The purpose of this assignment is to build a collection of sources you can potentially use to support a sustained argument about one of the above listed movies. Your sources do not have to directly mention the movies, but should be about a related topic. Of the seven sources you list here, you will use only five of them in your final paper. Four of the seven have to be scholarly. All of them have to be credible and reputable. Length: 1000 words Format: MLA Style. 12-pt Times New Roman font, double spaced, 1” margins, name and date, paginated Assignment Prompt and Context Annotated Bibliography The initial part of the research on your chosen topic is your annotation bibliography. Follow the directions below to complete your annotated bibliography. Writing Requirements The 7 sources must be articles written within the last 5 years. You will need to list the sources alphabetically and should be in MLA format. The sources should primarily be comprised of serious, scholarly articles. Begin your annotated bibliography with your thesis listed at the top. After your thesis, you will then begin the annotations. The annotations must include the following elements: 5 Parts of Reflective Annotated Bibliography Part 1: The Bibliographic Entry: This section gives the publication information: author, date, title, book or journal, vol., page numbers, print or web. Part 2: Three sentence summary–This section articulates an objective summary of the reading. It should only convey exactly what the author states in the article without including your opinions. (1) It should state the author’s primary claim and, maybe sub-claims. What argument does the author want to assert? Part 3: Terminology: In this section you will choose key terms used in this article or words with which you are unfamiliar. Once you have found those words, look up their definitions and include them (in your own words) in this section. You need at least 4 terms for this section. Part 4: Reflection: This section reveals your opinion about what the author has stated. Do you agree or disagree? What speculations do you want to make about this author’s methods of research? What questions do you have? What don’t you understand? What other information do you need to look up to better understand this article? This unconventional section puts forward your ideas. Part 5: Quotables: This section directly quotes one to three statements that the author made in the article that you feel really exemplify its claims or interpretations. Or, you will choose a sentence that you feel the author expressed exceptionally well. Include page number(s) where you find the quote. for Moving Between Rooms in a text based video game scholarship essay help: scholarship essay help

Course: Introduction to Scripting. IT 140
Coding language: Python

Writer: You will need to download the PyCharm application to write the code for this assignment. Download for free at this site. https://www.jetbrains.com/pycharm/download/#section=windows

For this milestone, you will be submitting a working draft of the code for a simplified version of the text-based game that you are developing for Project Two. You will focus on displaying how a room dictionary works with the “move” commands. This will include the if, else, and elif statements that move the adventurer from one room to another.

Before beginning this milestone, it is important to understand the required functionality for this simplified version of the game. The game should prompt the player to enter commands to either move between rooms or exit the game. Review the Milestone Simplified Dragon Text Game Video and the Milestone Simplified Text Game Flowchart to see an example of the simplified version of the game. A video transcriipt is available: Transcriipt for Milestone Simplified Dragon Text Game Video.

IMPORTANT: The “Move Between Rooms” process in the Milestone Simplified Text Game Flowchart is intentionally vague. You designed a more detailed flowchart or pseudocode for this process as a part of your work on Project One. Think about how your design will fit into this larger flowchart.
In PyCharm, create a new code file titled “ModuleSixMilestone.py.” At the top of the file, include a comment with your name. As you develop your code, you must use industry standard best practices, including in-line comments and appropriate naming conventions, to enhance the readability and maintainability of the code.
Next, copy the following dictionary into your PY file. This dictionary links rooms to one another and will be used to store all possible moves per room, in order to properly validate player commands (input). This will allow the player to move only between rooms that are linked.

Note: For this milestone, you are being given a dictionary and map for a simplified version of the dragon-themed game. Make sure to read the code carefully so that you understand how it works. In Project Two, you will create your own dictionary based on your designs.
#A dictionary for the simplified dragon text game
#The dictionary links a room to other rooms.
rooms = {
‘Great Hall’: {‘South’: ‘Bedroom’},
‘Bedroom’: {‘North’: ‘Great Hall’, ‘East’: ‘Cellar’},
‘Cellar’: {‘West’: ‘Bedroom’}
}
Next, you will develop code to meet the required functionality, by prompting the player to enter commands to move between the rooms or exit the game. To achieve this, you must develop the following:
A gameplay loop that includes:
Output that displays the room the player is currently in
Decision branching that tells the game how to handle the different commands. The commands can be to either move between rooms (such as go North, South, East, or West) or exit.
If the player enters a valid “move” command, the game should use the dictionary to move them into the new room.
If the player enters “exit,” the game should set their room to a room called “exit.”
If the player enters an invalid command, the game should output an error message to the player (input validation).
A way to end the gameplay loop once the player is in the “exit” room
TIP: Use the pseudocode or flowchart that you designed in Step #4 of Project One to help you develop your code.
As you develop, you should debug your code to minimize errors and enhance functionality. After you have developed all of your code, be sure to run the code to test and make sure it is working correctly.
What happens if the player enters a valid direction? Does the game move them to the correct room?
What happens if the player enters an invalid direction? Does the game provide the correct output?
Can the player exit the game?

Let me know if you need more inormation!

Innovation in Nursing

Healthcare is constantly changing due to evidence-based practice that would allow for more safety benefits to the patients, family, and healthcare professionals. This isn’t any different when it comes to surgery. Surgery has changed over the year to minimize the risk to the patient by limiting the number of open surgeries being done to conducting minimally invasive surgeries. We know that open surgery is where the surgeon cuts through the skin and tissue to allow for a full view of the structures or organs involved (Surgical Care, n.d.). Then minimally invasive surgeries are done using a device like a robotic machine to minimize open wounds, which will help decrease risks for patients.

Because of the need to minimize risk to patients and to minimize fatigue from long open surgeries a robotic machine has been created research and development-based innovation known as the da Vinci subgingival system. The da Vinci System is a robotic device used by the surgeon where it translates the surgeon’s hand movements at the console in real-time, by bending and rotating the instruments, by using highly magnified 3D high-definition views of the surgical area (Da Vinci System, n.d.). Instead of a surgeon cutting you for open surgery, this machine will only require 1-3 small incisions. The machine does require to have 3 different parts it the first is the surgeon console where the instruments are controlled, then the patient cart where the cameras and instruments are, and then the vision cart where it will display real-time images to the surgeon to have a better view.

The robotic machine allows for certain benefits for the patient that allows the machine to not only be research and development innovation but also customer based. The da Vinci System allows for a faster recovery for the patient, while reducing pain, decreases the risk of infection and complications, less blood loss, shorter hospital stays, and less scarring due to smaller incisions (Robotic surgery, n.d.). The da Vinci System is a great machine to use for patients with other risks involved due to illness. Also, due to a smaller incision, there is less chance of the patient losing a large amount of blood, which decreases the need for blood transfusions. Just like with any surgery there are still risks involved and when patients need surgery it is important to ask the surgeon what the risks are and how to minimize those risks.

A health care delivery issue that we encounter in the pediatric in-patient unit, is starting IV’s. Our patients either don’t have a central line already, or they need the IV for fluids and/or antibiotic therapy. The issue is having to puncture or “stick” the child more than once because either the patient is moving too much, the vein blows, or we just cannot find a good vein to use. The parents get upset when their child must be poked several times in order to find the perfect vein. Not to mention how upset the child is when they are screaming and yelling in your face as you and your co-workers are trying to hit a moving target! Parents try to help by holding the patient and distracting them with the latest smartphone that plays cartoons. Sometimes nurses rely on memory of where the vein would be located or the previous experiences of actually hitting the vein from feeling it bulge.

One innovation that our pediatric unit uses is the AccuVein device. It is a small hand-held instrument that uses a near infrared light that when it is held over the hand, foot, or arm of a child will allow you to visualize the vein hidden under the skin surface and seen on a display window of the device. If you need to use both your hands for the IV start, the AccuVein can be placed in the wheeled stand that has a goose neck attachment to allow the nurse to position the vein finder however it needs to be for best visualizing of the vein.

The AccuVein has shown to be more reliable in assisting the nurse with visualizing the vein patterns when used correctly. It reduces the amount of needle sticks on the patient (Kim, et al, 2017). The vein finder tool is most beneficial in pediatrics because of the difficulty there is in patients not wanting to cooperate by holding still so the nurse can be successful (Park, et al., 2016).

Haiku is a Japanese form of poetry that investigates nature (and one’s place in nature) as the primary source cheap essay help

Haiku is a Japanese form of poetry that investigates nature (and one’s place in nature) as the primary source of its subjects. Traditionally, haiku employs exactly 17 syllables in three lines equaling a 5-7-5 rhythmic count to paint its vision.

Here’s an example of a Japanese to English translation of a Matsuo Basho haiku:

行春や = Yuku haru ya (5) = “Spring is passing.”

鳥啼き魚の = Tori naki uwo no (7) = “The birds cry and the fishes’ eyes are”

目は泪 = Me ha namida (5) = “With tears.”

Note that the original Japanese relies on three lines with a 5-7-5 syllabic count; however, when you translate Basho’s poem into English, obviously the syllabic count no longer applies.

Your first assignment this week is to write 20 haiku poems. The first 10 should be about nature (and your place in the natural world) and adhere to the 5-7-5 syllabic count; and the second 10 can take any form you want as long as they are short pieces that capture natural imagery. [Due 10/10

Part 1 – (15 marks)

4 images * – pictures that are formed in your mind created by descriiptive language, the more vivid the picture, the more effective the image.

4 metaphors (some metaphors can overlap with imagery; do not use one image/metaphor more than once) – While both similes and metaphors are used to make comparisons, the difference between similes and metaphors comes down to a word. Similes use the words like or as to compare things—“Life is like a box of chocolates.” In contrast, metaphors directly state a comparison—“Love is a battlefield.”

2 similes – See above

2 symbols – A symbol is a mark, sign, or word that indicates, signifies, or is understood as representing an idea, object, or relationship. Symbols allow people to go beyond what is known or seen by creating linkages between otherwise very different concepts and experiences.

Make sure you identify/explain what the symbols stand for.

3 parallelisms – Parallelism in rhetoric is used to persuade, motivate, and/or evoke emotional responses in an audience and is often used in speeches. The balance between clauses or phrases makes complex thoughts easier to process while holding the reader’s or listener’s attention. The balance in importance is also an essential element; each phrase or idea should be as important as its counterpart.

* 2 of the images must be related to nature (climate, topography); 2 images not related to nature

Present your answers in point form; take your answers verbatim from the speech. Do not add commentary or discussion. Provide the exact quote from the speech.

Part 2 – (5 marks)

Last week we covered karst, caves, and hydrothermal landscapes. For the discussion this week I want you to explore a karst environment, cave, or a hydrothermal area (like Yellowstone or an area with hot springs) and tell us about it. Along with the physical description, which should include the geological processes that formed that particular landscape, you also need to include another aspect about this landscape that is different from the physical. This could be how it is used for tourism (visiting, exploring), what issues it causes a community (threat of sinkholes), how karst landscapes are easily susceptible to water pollution because of the high porosity rate of karst, how it is utilized to maximize the use of land for agriculture (in the Yucatan they use the slumped land and sinkholes to concentrate soil and locate the water table — Maya survived by this method), how it has healing powers (this can go with tourism for a lot of hot springs are marketed as healing waters), or any other aspect you may come across.

Out of this discussion this week I want you to see how these landscapes are so much more than just random holes in the ground or just some water shooting up out of the ground. They offer a unique look into the processes of the Earth, but they also come with inherent risk to those who choose to live on these landscapes

For this group discussion, read the article listed above and that illustrates the integration of business functions and other decisions in a responsive supply chain. The article states that, although Zara’s supply chain practices seem crazy when considered individually, their overall supply chain system is very effective. That is, as stated in the article, Zara’s supply chain approach can be said to be “penny foolish, and pound wise.”

You should post a detailed example of how Zara integrated their business functions to achieve a responsive supply chain. Consider any or all business functions including planning, production, procurement, quality, logistics, sales, marketing, finance, HR, accounting, engineering, design, and IT. For example, in Lean production settings, the HR department needs to focus on hiring people who can play a role in process improvement, the planning department needs to allocate time for process improvement activities, the finance department needs to agree to higher salaries for production workers, and the procurement department needs to find suppliers who can deliver parts reliably (even if they are not the lowest cost supplier).
