As I was reading about the Gantt charts and the earn value management which are mostly used for project management I would like to touch bases on my favorite software which is Microsoft PowerPoint. The reason why I chose this software is because I am always good at making proper presentations to attract my audience on whatever it is that I want to do or to achieve. Also PowerPoint can be used for many other things like an outline of some project that you are currently doing or trying to do. PowerPoint also is done in businesses for presentations as well. The cost for PowerPoint starts off at $9.99 per month but their is also a free version as well. The free version may not have the best features on the software but you can still make an professional presentation as needed. PowerPoint comes with a lot of fun features like slide transitions, images, video, icons and one of my favorites which is animations. Most of the ratings which is a 5 star rating comes from PowerPoint being one of the powerful and best tool to use for any type of presentation. One of the strenghts that I love about PowerPoint is that offers you full control on how you want to present your presentations. What I mean about that is that however you want your slide to look you definitely will be able to do it with no problem. One of the disadvantages of PowerPoint is that there is not a much substance or connection to some of the different PowerPoint slides. The impression that I like about PowerPoint is that instead of you doing all the talking your presentation can do the most of the talking too because not only you hearing what I am trying to present to you but you can also see what I am talking about as well.
