Part 1: Research And Write A Summary Of The Case: White-Spunner Constr., Inc. V. Constr. Completion Co., 103 So. Cheap Essay Help

Part 1: Research and write a summary of the case:

White-Spunner Constr., Inc. v. Constr. Completion Co., 103 So. 3d 781; 2012 Ala.

This should be fairly detailed and not in “legal lingo” – write the summary so that a layman can understand it. Your summary should include the facts, who the players are, what the legal argument is all about, and the resolution of the court. Since this is an Alabama Supreme court case, you should also discuss what has previously happened in the lower court (e.g., trial court) where the case originated. Hint: when reading an unfamiliar case it is sometimes helpful to draw a diagram of the courts and parties involved.

Part 2: What rule of law did you derive from this case?

Include hard copies of all research documents used. Must include, at a minimum, research documents from both Nexis Uni and Westlaw.

this assignment, you will choose one Supreme Court case from anytime in history, provided that the case has not been overturned by another case, constitutional amendment or statement from the Court. This is a 1000 WORD paper. Due 2/12/2022. Please follow instructions because some cases may not be used and the paper has to be chicago style format. best college essay help: best college essay help

For this assignment, you will choose one Supreme Court case from anytime in history, provided that the case has not been overturned by another case, constitutional amendment or statement from the Court. For instance, you may NOT write a paper on Plessy v Ferguson (1896) because that case was overturned by Brown v Board of Education (1954). Additionally you can’t write your paper on the Dred Scott decision (1857) because it was overturned by the 14th amendment. Finally, you can’t write your paper about Korematsu v US (1944) because the Court expressly overturned the case in 2018. You will write a dissenting opinion on the case in question. Your task will be to write a convincing argument to explain why the Supreme Court’s decision was, in your opinion, incorrect. You must base your reasoning on Constitutional arguments, precedents, and history. It is not enough to say that the decision was wrong and unfair. You must demonstrate your grasp of the issue presented before the Court. This is a 1000 WORD paper with a 10% grace in either direction. You absolutely should be quoting the Constitution, other Court decisions, or other dissenting decisions in Chicago style formatting. If you don’t know how to use Chicago style please refer to Purdue OWL. While this paper will almost certainly require a citation or two, I am not looking for direct quotes. With only 1000 words to work with you must be presenting your original argument for why the case was decided incorrectly. Prior to beginning your paper you should present your case to the professor to ensure that the case has not been overturned and that there is a decent opportunity to write a dissent. You are not limited to decisions are opinions that predate your case. For instance, you may use current Court opinions and dissents in order to argue a case that was decided years prior. You will see this in the example paper.

Title VII prohibits employment discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, and national origin. Sex (gender) discrimination is the unequal or disadvantageous treatment of an individual or group of individuals based on gender. Sexism is prejudice or discrimination based on one sex or gender. Sexism can affect anyone, but it primarily affects women and girls. It has been linked to stereotypes and gender roles and may include the belief that one sex or gender is superior to another.
Anne is an accountant with excellent performance evaluations. She tried to apply for Partner. The Partnership Review Committee consisted of all-male, denied her request. They said she would have a better chance at making Partner if she wore makeup, jewelry and acted more femininely. By looking at this scenario, Anne has the right to look for equal opportunity and career advancement. The Partnership Review Committee allowed the stereotype for women to control their outcomes toward Anne. Sexism is clear where the Partnership Review Committee looked to Anne as she needs to be more feminine to make the Partner. Anne faced disparate treatment where the Partnership Review Committee treated her less favorably than the male gender because of her sex. Anne suffered from invidious discrimination and unequal treatment, as she belongs to a minority group. The Committee has no reasonable relation or legitimate purpose because Anne is an outstanding employee who received excellent performance evaluations and secured a $10M client for the firm.
There is a similarity between Anne’s case and Hopkins ‘case, where the last was told to walk, talk, and dress more femininely (Bennett-Alexander

I have a rough draft kinda of construced with feed back from my professor on what she thinks need college essay help near me

I have a rough draft kinda of construced with feed back from my professor on what she thinks need to be added.
Rough Draft

This past year the NCAA announced a new rule called the NIL the Name, Image and Likeness rule that allows for all college players of any sport to profit off their names. The NCAA also took out the transfer rule that made players sit out for one full season if they transfer to a new university, now as soon as they enroll in a different university, they are fully active to play for the team. People argue that this is a good rule because now people who are less fortunate have a chance to make money at a younger age and get profit based on their overall likeness and can benefit from what they believe they deserve. Others argue that the new rule changes will affect the game in many negative ways in the future and overall change the game.
NIL is a new rule implemented this year by the NCAA which allows for the student athletes to sell their Name Image and likeness and make profit with no restriction on how much they can get paid. This new NIL rule will change the game of college football in negative ways. With the NIL rule the NCAA also took out the transfer sit out for one year rule and this has changed the game in ways never seen before. I spoke with the assistant athletic director here at TCU and asked him for his perspective and he says that the NIL is changing the game and right now many people don’t know how to handle it because the rules are all over the place. An article from Forbes that I have chosen explains how the NCAA had no choice but to change the rule, but this will have a negative effect of the game if things are not regulated. In this article they break down the transfer portal, amount players are getting paid, and TV contracts all big factors in the new era of college football.
Along with all the new rule, two of them include the transfer rule and no salary cap rule based on how much a player can make. With these rule changes now, there is no difference between college football and NFL football because now players can basically have salary’s and can be traded. If a really good player wanted to play for 4 years and 4 different schools and there were people willing to pay, he could. For the game of college football to continue, regulations and salary caps need to be implemented because not even a year since the rule have been changed things are getting out of hand and can only increase from here. Another problem that this is creating is that universities are supposed to have to control or link to the college athletes getting paid but, in many cases, universities are not following this and getting involved. I have spoken to some different people pertaining this and they have told me that if you as a university don’t get involved with the NIL then you will get behind the eight ball because other schools are already doing this even though it is against the rules. The problem is that there is a lot of gray area in the new wave of college football and many people are trying t keep up with the curb.
In another one of my articles, it talks about how the NIL will benefit athletes with new opportunities and give them things they and their families are not used to. For years people have been complaining about how the NCAA makes billions off of player jersey sells and media attention while the actual athletes who work receive nothing. This new rule makes it fair for the student athletes who work hard and achieve great standard and they are rewarded. Players now how the chance to improve their lifestyles a little bit and give back to their family with new contracts all based on your skill level.
There are arguments to both sides of the topic but at the end of the day without the correct regulations the NIL, the transfer rule, and no salary caps are going to change the game forever in negative ways. The Name, Image and Likeness rule does have some upsides as now players can have opportunities to pay off debts if they have them and educate themselves at a younger age how to handle money and the responsibilities that come with it. In the end the NCAA has to structure these new rules and era of college football because right now many are confused and trying to keep up with everyone else.
