2. Where is the business focusing the majority of its resources?
3. What advice would you offer to the owner or leadership of the business?

PART 2: Read a post by one of your peers and respond, making sure to extend the conversation by asking questions, offering rich ideas, or sharing personal connections.
Question was:
Find a recent article or video describing a new product in development. Post a link to the article or video in the discussion thread and describe the following:

1. What need is the new product trying to fill? Do you think it will meet that need?
2. What type of innovation does the new product represent?
3. What kind of process do you think will be used to make the product? Would it be possible to produce a lot of the product in a short amount of time?

Student response was:
Elon Musk is releasing three new Teslas in 2023: the Model 2, Cyber Truck and the Robo Van.The Robo Van is the product I selected for this assignment. It is an electric passenger van that will be an autonomous vehicle. Robo Van will be an auto pilot van with no steering wheel or pedals. It can hold as many as twelve passengers at a time, self driving, quick onboarding and exiting.This will be the ideal van for people with disabilities.
Robo Van will try to fill the need to provide transportation for a large group of people and people with disabilities. This van will be beneficial to people who don’t or can’t drive. I believe the need will be filled. Robo Van represents sustaining innovation. Electric cars are not a new idea for Musk. His plan is to improve the existing features in Teslas, make the cars affordable and completely autonomous. Flow production will be used to make the Robo Van, because of the large identical products being produced. A prototype will be designed and tested before mass production. I do believe they can produce a lot of products in a short amount of time, because they can produce as many as a thousand cars per day, which is an increase from past production. They continue to make products accessible and affordable to more people, accelerating the advent of clean transport and clean energy production (1).

Historical awareness informs various aspects of our lives. We live in a time of rapid change, and we often think more about the future than the past. However, studying history can help us better understand our own lives in the context of the places we live and society in general. In America, specifically, the government is informed by its citizens. If the ideals of society shift, that shift will eventually move throughout the different levels of government, effecting widespread change. For the projects in this course, you will select a historical event that has impacted American society in some way. You may select an event that was discussed in the course, or you may select your own event, with instructor approval. You may consider using the event you chose to work on in your Perspectives in History class, if that event is something you wish to investigate further through this assessment. In Project 1, you will develop a plan for an essay on this historical event. The plan will include a brief description of the selected historical event and the resources you will use in your research. In addition, you will identify an audience for your essay and decide how to communicate your information to this audience. In Project 2, you will write an essay analyzing the historical event you selected, examining its impact on society as well as its impact on you personally.

Writer’s Choice Essay college essay help

Assignment: You are to present the following:

a limited/focused environmental issue or problem;
2, and only 2, solutions to the problem – fully explained;
at least 4 costs and 4 benefits associated with the solution 1 – explain each cost/benefit;
at least 4 costs and 4 benefits associated with the solution 2 – explain each cost/benefit; and,
a determination of the best solution, based on your analysis of the costs and benefits – incorporate the costs/benefits to argue for the best solution.
Be sure to not make your topic too broad. It should cover a specific town or area, not the entire world or a country, but does not have to be the particular town or area you live – it can be anywhere in the world. Please stay away from global warming issues. This is an extremely difficult area to narrow down locally and present reasonable solutions. It is simply much too broad for this type of presentation. Recycling is another area to stay clear of as an environmental problem. Recycling can be a solution to a problem, but generally, not the problem itself.

As an example, runoff from a coalmine may be contaminating the groundwater of a nearby town. A solution to abating the contaminated groundwater could be to shut down the coalmine, but at the cost of everyone losing their jobs. A benefit to this solution could be clean drinking water for the community.

There are a host of other costs and benefits associated with the solution to the above example. There are also many alternatives for solutions, none of which would make everyone happy. It is your job to find these costs and benefits for whatever solutions you choose. Then, analyze each solution’s costs and benefits to determine which is the best solution. Remember when considering costs and benefits, they go far beyond dollar values (e.g. loss or gain of jobs, land use, recreation, convenience, public health, habitat loss or gain, pollution, etc.).

Include a slide with the title of your presentation, then 1-2 introduction slides describing the environmental problem. The main body of the presentation should describe the solutions and the costs/benefits to the proposed solution and give recommendations based on your cost/benefit analysis. Be sure to use APA style citations and include a reference slide.

A PowerPoint presentation is really just an outline (with topics, subtopics, and bulleted statements), so it only contains the main points (just like you make an outline when writing a research paper). If you have never used PowerPoint, there are many tutorials on the internet, such as, that explain how to create a presentation. It is better to have a detailed, well-organized and well-written presentation, than a lengthy one that rambles off topic.

Management shift Essay college admission essay help: college admission essay help

Think of this assignment as a post-conference discussion. DEIDENTIFICATION IS CRUCIAL.
Be careful not to mention the name of a patient, the name of a manager/leader, the name of the hospital or the name of the unit.
Be sure to respond at least once to a classmate’s post with a pertinent comment that is meaningful.

The first post is due within 24 hours of a Management shift and at least one additional/second post (in response to a classmate’s post) is due on 11/6/2021 by 2359 or as directed by faculty of record.

Even if you don’t see comments from me, I will be reading all posts and will be looking for clarity of thought in your written communication. This is a great opportunity to share what you have learned and to learn from each other! Please look on the internet for Health Harris Methodist hospital for all the information to help you write. This a 4 hour shift with the management on the medical surgical unit.
• How does the culture of the unit/organization reflect the hospital’s core values and mission statement?
• How does the culture support collaboration?
• How effective is communication within this culture?
• If you were to become an employee, could you “fit” into this culture? Why or why not?

This an example of someone’s what some wrote please this just to show you how to write this do not plagiarized
I believe on my unit they have a sense of care and understanding. They are willing to go the extra mile to help each other. I believe they line up perfectly with the values of respect, integrity, compassion, and excellence. The culture is to respect each other and patients, as well as keeping up the integrity of the unit and the work the nurses do.
The culture supports collaboration because they all know they can trust each other to help and feel they can ask anyone all the way up to the manager position for help if they need help.
The communication on the floor is very good and they all feel they can phone anyone and they will get the help that is needed.
I do believe that I could fit into this culture. I like knowing that if I need help then I can ask for it. I wouldn’t be afraid to admit I need help. This unit would foster growth and support.

Purpose: In Unit 2 we have been learning about the working memory model and its key components. We have essay help: essay help

Purpose:

In Unit 2 we have been learning about the working memory model and its key components. We have also learned about ways to measure our working memory skills. In this assignment, you will get the opportunity to now work on improving your working memory skills in a specific area of your life. As with Assignment 1, in this assignment you will implement a strategy over 2-3 days aimed at improving your working memory, and then you will write a final assessment of your strategy and its outcomes. Please read the instructions below carefully.

Task:

Identify something specific in your own life, academic or social, where you would like to improve your working memory. First, consider how you rely on working memory in this area of your life. Then, create one strategy that would improve your working memory as it relates to the situation that you want to improve in your own life. For example, you might struggle with remembering what you have just read, or have difficulty with following directions. Make sure you can explain how your plan specifically relates to the situation you want to improve.

Apply this strategy in your own life over at least 2-3 days. Spend 20 minutes each day to reflect on your experience in a journal. Be sure to also reflect on the experience once you are done applying the new strategy over 2-3 days. Use these reflections to help you write up your final assessment of your strategy. (See Submission Requirements below.)

It is important to measure your efforts, so don’t forget to:

Take one of the working memory tests below or another test as appropriate to your strategy) to get a baseline score.

https://www.psytoolkit.org/experiment-library/experiment_touch_nback2.html

Your manager tells you that because of a company-wide layoff, you will need to give notice to one member of your team. From your interactions with team members, you can easily identify the two members who are least productive, but you are not sure which of them you should lay off. You know that the company keeps track of all Internet traffic to each person’s computer, although you have never shared this information with you team. You could use this information to determine how much time, if any, these two employees are spending surfing the Web. What might be some of the implications by accessing these records? What might be the key ethical and/or moral issues, from your perspective, with using these records to make a managerial decision? Your paper should be about 4 to 6 pages long (not including the title page and the reference page). References must be listed and cited in APA format.

Greetings to our friend from the far away planet known as Mars! It is such an experience to introduce myself and one of the most enjoyed and simple joys that every human all over the world has, and that is a thing called music! Music is when you join a bunch of different sounds that you find enjoyable and put together so you can listen to it and express your feelings towards the sounds. A song is simply a certain pattern of sounds that come together uniquely and usually has someone speaking to you to portray a message that affects how you feel! Us humans all over the world have been making and listening to music for years and I have a feeling once you hear your first song you may feel the same way as we do about it! Each song may differ completely from the next and affect how you feel which is why it is like magic in the idea that you cannot see it, but it is believed to have a dramatic effect on you. “The seemingly diffuse and mysterious worlds of mood experience, together with the recorded works of content providers, are being repackaged and streamed online in terms of good music genres” (Anderson: 2015). Music can make you feel happy, angry, sad, and sometimes even bring feelings that let you experience diverse types of culture which is particularly important on our planet Earth. I have put together a playlist for you that varies on how each song will make you feel so that you can get a taste of the invisible magic we humans call music!
