Find a song released in the last five (5) years that you think represents the state of dating or sexual behavior among young people today. List the name of the song and the artist/group who sings it. You can also insert a link to a video on YouTube or other site for the song. List the lyrics to the song (there are many lyric websites that have this info for you to copy and paste. Google the song title and add “lyrics” to the search to find them). Tell me where you found the lyrics (the web address, the liner notes of the CD, etc.) Prepare a 1-1.5 page reflection connecting the song’s lyrics to dating and/or attitudes about sexual behavior among young people. Be specific about which lines from the song you are referencing and what they tell us about our society’s views toward dating, sex, or love. In your responses, you must draw on course materials (book, course notes, additional readings/websites included in course). Submissions that do not connect to and make direct reference to course materials will receive point deductions. For example, the song “Blurred Lines” could be a commentary about the declining importance of monogamy since the lyrics are about a man trying to convince a woman to cheat on her boyfriend. Be sociological in your response- what do the lyrics say about our society and how we think about dating, relationships, and sex?

Professor Brazil here and in this two minute video and going to cover how to complete assignment three. The breakdown. Remember, assignment three is your reflection from assignment two – your group project. You’re going to document your progress in the outcome of the common team goal with a picture or some kind of documented evidence that you worked on this project with your group. Two, you’re going to download and complete the template. So this reflection on collaborative strategies in meeting a common goal template is what you will complete and submit along with your documented evidence. Filling out the reflection template. One, you’re going to provide that evidence, as I mentioned before, of your goal completion or collaboration, you can either include copy and paste this onto the template, or you can submit it separately as well. Two, you’re going to describe the team process. Who are the people in your group? What were their roles and responsibilities and how were these established? Three, you’re going to want to identify those effective collaborative tools or potential tools that could have helped. And then also explain how they supported or could further support your work towards achieving that common goal. And make sure that you provide specific examples. Some examples of effective collaborative tools are Zoom, Google Docs, Microsoft Teams, etc. There’s a lot of different tools out there. Four, describe two to three effective collaborative approaches and how they were used by the group to accomplish the team’s goal. Include concrete example. So one example here could be time management strategies that you used to stay on task. Read the scenario below on and then respond to the questions.

A manufacturing facility was under-performing and suffered
from many issues. After reviewing internal financial statements and obtaining customer feedback reviews, leadership concluded
that the major issues were causing low productivity, high cost of labor and product inefficiencies. The business leadership also
conducted comparisons with competitors and found those companies had higher market share and provided a comparable
product to the same customers at a significantly lower cost. As
a result, leadership knew a decision needed to be made in order to reduce losses and maintain overall company profitability.
Leadership decided to transfer the existing work to a more profitable business unit and proceed with a plant closure of the
existing location. The business made this decision to meet its strategic objectives of being competitive in the market, maintaining low-cost threshold and providing a quality product so that it would remain an employer of choice to its customers. HR’s first role was to educate the business leadership on policy
requirements for work transfers and plant closure and provide insights on the impact to employees including benefit entitlement and cost. HR then worked with the business to
provide information requests to union through responses to counter proposals on the proposed work transfers and closure.
Additionally HR prepared: a communication plan outlining the timeline of events from announcement of the plant closure to
close of business one year later; communication updates which
were readily available to provide to internal employees and the media; a list of anticipated requests of information from
employees and prepared responses to questions from employees; the process of administering special benefits of employees
affected to include layoff and retirement packages and retirement planning for those eligible; an internal placement process for employees who were able to move to other facilities to similar positions internally; and an assessment of additional resource needs of employees such as resume writing and
interviewing skills.

Write a research paper in APA format on a subject of your choosing that is related to Business Intelligence. Integrate what you have learned from the course resources (.e.g. Textbook Readings, Discuss essay help site:edu

Integrate what you have learned from the course resources (.e.g. Textbook Readings, Discussion Board Posts, Chapter Presentations) into your document.
As you consider the topic for your research paper, try and narrow the subject down to a manageable issue. Search for academic journal articles (i.e. peer reviewed) and other sources related to your selected subject. Because this is a research paper, you must be sure to use proper APA format citations.
Your paper must include an introduction stating what you paper is about and a logical conclusion.
This paper must contain a minimum of 1500 words of content and use at least 5 peer reviewed sources.  Peer reviewed sources include:  Academic Journal Articles, Textbooks, and Government Documents.  At least one of the textbooks for this course could be used as a source for this paper.
 Topics:
Topic 1. Data science and AI roles continue the trend towards specialization. There is a practical split is between ‘engineering-heavy’ data science roles focused on large production systems and the infrastructure and platforms that underpin them (‘Data/ML/AI Engineers’), and ‘science-heavy’ data science role that focus on investigative work and decision support (‘Data Scientists/Business Analytics Professionals/Analytics Consultants’). Your paper should contrast the skill sets, different mental models, and established department structures that make this a compelling pattern.
Topic 2. Executive understanding of data science and AI becomes more important. The realization is dawning that the bottleneck to data science value may not be the technical aspects of data science or AI (gasp!), but the maturity of the actual consumers of data science. While some technology companies and large corporations have a head start, there is a growing awareness that in-house training programs are often the best way to develop internal maturity. Is there research to back this approach up?
Topic 3. End-to-end model management becomes best practice where production is required. As the actual footprint of data science and AI projects in production gets larger, the problems that need to be solved have coalesced into the discipline of end-to-end model management. This includes deployment and monitoring of models (‘Model Ops’), different tiers of support, and oversight on when to retrain or rebuild models when they naturally entropy over time.  What are the major issues that this model present?
Topic 4. Data science and AI ethics continue to gain momentum and are starting to form into a distinct discipline.Second order effects of automated decision making at scale have always been an issue, but it is finally gaining mind share in the public consciousness. This is courtesy of the prominence of incidents like the Cambridge Analytica Scandal and Amazon scrapping its secret AI recruiting tool that showed bias against women.  IS AI going toward specialization or generalization? Why?
Topic 5. Efforts to ‘democratize’ and ‘automate’ data science and AI redouble, with parties that over-promise failing. With talent being somewhat elusive (or at least mis-allocated), automated data science and AI is an attractive idea. However, the reality remains that the boundaries of technology only enable certain well specified tasks to be automated. Taking a typical data science project, there is a lot that goes on around the activity of model building.  What is the issue and how can this be helped?
Can any one please prepare a Research paper on one of the above 5 topics, by following all the instructions mentioned above. Will be able to provide you a reference, if needed.

Overview Foreign exchange impacts the profitability of transactions in international markets. It can turn a profitable business into one college admissions essay help: college admissions essay help

Overview
Foreign exchange impacts the profitability of transactions in international markets. It can turn a profitable business into one that loses money and can turn an unprofitable business into one that makes money.

In this assignment, you will analyze the impact of foreign exchange on different business scenarios and present your findings in a short business memo.

Scenario
You manage the international business for a manufacturing company. You are responsible for the overall profitability of your business unit. Your company ships your products to Malaysia. The retail stores that buy your products there pay you in their local currency, the Malaysian ringgit (MYR). All sales for the first quarter are paid on April 1st and use the exchange rate at the close of business on April 1st or the first business day after April 1st if it falls on a Saturday or Sunday. The company has sales contracts with different vendors that determine the number of units sold well in advance. The company is contractually obligated to sell 4,000 units for exactly 1.25 million MYR for the first quarter. The break-even point for each unit is $90 in U.S. dollars. Use the following foreign exchange rates:

On January 1, the daily spot rate is 3.13 MYR, and the forward rate is 0.317 U.S. dollars/MYR for April 1st of the same year.
On April 1, the daily spot rate is 3.52 MYR.
Prompt
Using the information above, create a short business memo that explains the profitability, viability, and importance of considering foreign exchange on the basis of the scenarios below.

Scenario 1: The company uses the spot rate on April 1st to convert its sales revenue in MYR to U.S. dollars.

Scenario 2: On January 1st, the company uses that day’s forward rate today to lock in a foreign exchange rate for its expected 1.25 million MYR in sales. This means the company agreed to exchange 1.25 million MYR using the forward rate on January 1st when April 1 arrives.

Scenario 3: Another option for the company is to spend the foreign currency and avoid any currency exchange. Because it is a manufacturing company, raw materials are always needed.

Specifically, you must address the following rubric criteria:

Foreign Exchange Calculations: Determine the profitability of the international business by using foreign exchange calculations for the first and second scenarios.
Spend or Save: Discuss what you would need to consider when determining if the company should buy raw materials with the foreign currency in an effort to avoid foreign exchange risk and whether this is a viable option for the company.
Conclusion: After determining the result for each scenario, explain the importance to a company’s financial results of considering foreign exchange risk.

Part I—The Grandparents Arrive Dave pulled the cell phone out of his pocket, cursing himself for not putting it best college essay help

Part I—The Grandparents Arrive
Dave pulled the cell phone out of his pocket, cursing himself for not putting it on vibrate. The children, Jason and Laura, were both asleep, and he knew that the rest of the day would not be fun if they were awakened from their naps.

“Hi, Dave. We’re just a few minutes away,” said his father. “OK, see you soon.”

Dave looked at his wife Jen, who smiled. “Come now, Dave, you know your Mom and Dad. There’s no stopping them once they get going; driving 1200 miles in one day. I guess they’re impatient to see their granddaughter. Mom never got over the fact that her hip replacement was scheduled at the same time that Laura was born.”

“I know, Jen. She takes being the only grandmother very seriously.”

A car pulled into the driveway and Dave and Jen went out to greet their visitors. They all crept into the house and sat in the kitchen quietly drinking coffee. His mother was breathing heavily, which made Dave recall his childhood and what it had been like to grow up with an asthmatic mother.

“Hi Grandpa,” said Jason, as he ran into the kitchen in his pajamas. “Hi, big guy. Wow, you’ve grown. How old are you, now?”

Jason smiled as he held up four fingers. He extended both arms so that his grandfather could lift him onto his lap. He stood on his grandfather’s legs and looked over his shoulder for presents.

Everything stopped when they heard crying from upstairs. “Let’s wait and see if she goes back to sleep.”

They all sat quietly, but the crying got worse. Both women stood up.

“I’ll get her, Mom. She is beginning to recognize faces, and I don’t want to start you off on the wrong foot.” “Come on, buddy, let’s go out to the car and see what we brought you from Florida.”

Dave watched his father and son walking hand-in-hand out the front door, as his wife and daughter come into the kitchen. His mother’s arms went out and he could see the pleasure in her eyes when she held her granddaughter. Laura was holding a stuffed toy bear in her arms.

“My goodness, is that your old bear, Dave?”

“Yes. We found it in one of the boxes you gave me, and Laura latched onto it. It’s a bit dusty, but we’ve been afraid to wash it because it may fall apart.”

Laura giggled as her grandmother cooed to her while carrying her around the kitchen. “Should you be doing that?” Dave asked his mother. “With your hip and all.”

“I’m fine, just a little breathless. Guess I’m a little out of shape for babies.”

She gave Laura back to her mother and sat down. Her breathing was labored, and Dave recognized the signs of an oncoming asthma attack. He rushed to the door and shouted to his father to get the nebulizer.

Dave could hear his mother’s wheezing as she tried to breathe out. He never understood why it was more difficult for asthmatics to breathe out than breathe in, and why exhaling took so much longer than inhaling. His father calmly placed the liquid medicine into the nebulizer cup, plugged in the machine, and turned on the compressor. He helped his wife hold the mask to her face.

Soon, her breathing was regular; deeper than normal, but regular.

Jen noticed that Jason was alarmed, and she wondered whether he had forgotten that his grandmother had had some attacks during their last visit.

“It’s okay, Jason,” she said. “Grandma sometimes has a problem with her breathing. But you can see that her medicine makes her better quickly.”

Jason looked relieved and smiled.

Part II—That Night
“I’m glad they went to bed early,” said Dave. “They look really tired.”

“Yes,” agreed, Jen. “They really shouldn’t have done the entire trip in one day. Florida to New Jersey in 22 hours; must be a record.”

“Poor Muffy,” said Jen as she looked down at the old cat curled up in her lap. ”He’s lost his favorite sleeping spot on the spare bed. He’ll have to camp out in our room while your parents are here.”

“He smells like tuna. I caught him in the recycling again, and I think he cut his nose on an aluminum can.” Jen smiled. She had been given Muffy as a kitten, long before she knew her husband.

Upstairs, Dave’s parents, tired from the long day, were sleeping.

Hours later, Dave’s father woke from a deep sleep. His wife’s breathing was labored, and she was wheezing.

“Are you okay, Barb?” He knew that his wife was awake, but he did not wait for an answer. He opened the bedroom door and turned the light on in the bathroom. He set up the nebulizer, carried it into the bedroom, and gave the mask to his wife as he plugged it into the outlet. Her breathing became more regular, but it was fast; she was wheezing and seemed anxious. Even in the dim light, Barb looked pale.

“I have this pain in my chest and neck, John, and it’s making its way down my left arm.”

He reached for her hand and it felt cold and sticky. He placed his finger on the inside of her wrist and felt her pulse racing.

“I think we need to go to the hospital, Barb.”

“I know, but the pain gets worse when I move. It was just an ache before you went to the bathroom, but now it really hurts and I feel like I am going to pass out.”

Dave knocked on the open bedroom door and entered his parents’ room. His father was dressed and his mother was clearly distressed.

“I heard Mom coughing. Is everything okay?”

“I’m not sure. This is the worst attack she’s ever had. I think we need to get her to the hospital.”

Dave pulled on some clothes and in no time he and his father had his mother in the backseat of the car. The hospital was only a few miles away.

“Do you have any tissues, Dad?”

John passed a box of tissues to his son. He could hear Barbara coughing, and pushed down on the gas peddle.

Part III—The Hospital
John pulled up in front of the hospital and opened the back door of his car. He saw Dave holding a bloody tissue as they picked up his wife and carried her into the Emergency Room. The nurse saw the two men holding the older woman and the blood on the tissue, and ushered them into a cubicle.

The nurse put a clip on Barbara’s finger and turned on the heart monitor. The two men could hear the fast beeping sounds and saw “95 bpm” appear in the lower right corner next to the heart icon. The nurse started an IV, and took Barbara’s blood pressure (90/58). Finally, she put a plastic ring around Barbara’s head and a tube up each nostril.

“What’s that for?” asked John, concerned for his wife.

“It’s called a nasal cannula. It’s used to administer oxygen, should the doctor decide that it’s necessary.”

The nurse stepped back when the doctor entered the cubicle and she began to examine Barbara. John told her about the asthma attack that afternoon, and the second unusual attack that had happened in the last hour.

“Did your wife complain of chest pain?”

“Yes, she said that it was in her chest, neck and left arm. I thought that she was having a heart attack.” “That is possible,” continued the doctor. “Are your wife’s legs usually swollen?”

John explained that his wife’s legs often swelled when they took road trips because they were in the habit of driving long distances without stopping. The doctor frowned at John.

“Did you notice that the swelling is worse in her right leg?”

“No doctor,” replied John. “But her right hip was replaced about six months ago.” “Your wife had major surgery, and you drove how far?”

“That was my fault,” said Barbara. “My granddaughter was born around the time I had my hip surgery, and I wanted so desperately to see her.”

“If my initial prognosis is correct,” the doctor continued, “you may be staying here for a few days.” She reached down and turned on the flow of oxygen through the nasal cannula, and made notes on a chart.

“An orderly will take you to your room. I’ll schedule you for some tests.”

The bed was pushed out of the cubicle and John went to follow. The doctor turned to John and continued, “Perhaps you should go to Admissions while we get your wife settled in. I am afraid there’s a mountain of paperwork waiting for you.”

Part IV—Tests, Tests, and More Tests
John held his wife’s hand. The hip replacement surgery had worried her, but at least she understood what was going on. Tests using computers and X-rays were something else because she did not understand them. He smiled as he remembered how she would spend hours on the Internet doing research before surgery.

“I didn’t know that they could do another X-ray so soon after the ones I had for the surgery, but the technician said that it was necessary to rule out a lot of possibilities. Did you go on the Internet, as I asked you? What did you find out about the V/Q scan I had?” Barbara asked John.

“The Internet is a wonderful, thing, Barb. I think I may be your first convert,” said John as a fumbled in his pocket. He put on his glasses and read his notes on the folder paper.

“Did they get you to inhale a powder and take pictures, and then take more pictures after they injected something into your vein?” asked John.

“Yes. The technician said that they were radioactive tracers, but the radiation was at such low levels that it was not dangerous.”

“Well, that sounds right. This ventilation quantification scan, or V/Q scan as you called it, allows them to see air flow and blood flow through your lungs,” said John.

“They seemed to get the results quick enough, because then they took me for a spiral CT scan, which apparently takes a bunch of x-rays and then uses a computer to make a 3-dimensional picture of me! It’s really amazing what they can do these days.”

“What I don’t understand,” Barbara continued, “is why they scanned my legs with the CT and then did an ultrasound. I know my legs are swollen, perhaps a little worse than usual, but they always swell up after long car trips.”

John stood up and walked around the bed. He picked up the chart hanging on the bottom of the bed and glanced at the notes written when his wife was admitted.

Policy manuals provide reference and guidance to educators about different decisions and actions that apply in a school district. School boards determine the policies and procedures, and administrators execute and enforce those policies and procedures.

Assume you have been asked to serve on the Ethics Committee at your school district. The committee chair has asked you to review existing policies concerning legal and ethical behavior in schools. The purpose of this policy review is two-fold. First, there have been some issues at several schools, and the district wants to send a message that reiterates relevant policies. Second, the committee has tasked itself with identifying potentially outdated policies and getting them updated.

Locate the district policy manual for your local school district.

Note: This is not a school handbook, a teacher handbook, or a master agreement. The policies will be located on your school district website (not an individual school website), in the School Board tab or section.

875- to 1050-word analysis following these instructions:

Select 2 policies that are contained in the student section and discuss why these policies are important from an ethical and/or legal standpoint. Provide specific examples or a rationale to support your choices.

Select 2 policies that are contained in the staff or personnel section and discuss why these policies are important from an ethical and/or legal standpoint. Provide specific examples or a rationale to support your choices.

Select 2 policies regarding the use of technology by students and teachers and discuss why these policies are important from an ethical and/or legal standpoint. Determine whether these policies are still up to date. If not, make recommendations for updating them. Provide specific examples or a rationale to support your choices.

For each policy you selected, reflect on the year it was written and any federal or state laws that are referenced or connected to the policy.

Reflect on and explain how these policies relate to the development of your own code of ethics associated with the education profession.

Include a title page, introduction, conclusion, and reference page with a link to the district policies manual.

Format your assignment according to APA guidelines.

In middle childhood development, the age category is five or six to approximately 11 years old. During this time, the growth and development of the child are continuous. This developmental growth consists of increased physical, cognitive, and motor skills. NAACP MARKETING STRATEGY scholarship essay help

Using the same organization, you selected in Week 1, ATTACHED

imagine that you will be making a Microsoft Power Point presentation to the organization’s board of directors or other decision-making leaders (depending upon the type of organization you are using). Your work this week will consist of two parts for the presentation.

First, you will synthesize the key insights you have learned during the past five weeks.

Second, you will present an Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) strategy, a pricing objective, and a pricing strategy to the board of directors. Because this second part involves new material in the project, it will probably require the most research and analysis to complete this week’s presentation.

The following sections provide greater detail about the two pieces of your presentation.

Note: The expectation for this project is a scholarly presentation. A scholarly presentation has two main distinctions:

The notes sections of slides contain research citations, evaluation, and conclusions—just like in a good scholarly paper. In other words, a reader should be able to read your notes section as if he or she is reading an academic paper. The grading rubric suggests a level of critical thinking for the presentation (in the notes section particularly) that is on the level of a good academic paper.

Key points and information on the slides are highlighted. A good slide contains no more than six lines of text. The slide should just contain the “big ideas” to help guide your reader through the main points.

In addition, for this project in particular, the first several sections of your presentation will use material you composed in the previous weeks of the project. However, use the slides and notes sections to show that you can do more than just copy from the previous weeks’ papers. Show that you can summarize the material and present the most important points to your audience.

Part 1: Summary of Key Insights from the Course Project to Date

Using course work (and feedback!) you have completed so far in the course project, summarize key points regarding the organizational mission and how the new product/service and your proposed service delivery enhancements contribute to the organization’s ability to complete the mission.

New Mission; New Product/Service (2 slides)

Provide a brief overview of the new/improved mission statement and the new/improved product or service you are proposing.

Provide the board of directors with supported rationale for how the new product/service contributes to achieving the new/improved organizational mission.

Service Delivery Enhancements (2 slides)

Provide a brief overview of service delivery enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Provide the board of directors with supported rationale for how the service delivery enhancements contribute to achieving organizational mission.

Part 2: Communication Strategy

As new material for this week, you need to communicate to your “organization’s” market segment the key benefits that make the organization distinct from the competitors. In addition, you need to announce the improvements in the delivery of the services by the company. Justify an Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) strategy that includes the following:

Advertisement (5–7 slides)

Propose an advertisement featuring the new (improved) services and containing the following elements:

A headline

A subhead line

A brand–positioning statement

An artwork

A layout

Justify traditional and nontraditional channels to carry the advertisement.

In the notes section, justify your channel selection. Use research to support your work.

Pricing (2–3 slides)

Justify both a pricing objective and a pricing strategy for the company on the basis of the information gathered from the case study, an understanding of the competition, and the likely attitude of current customers.

In the notes section, justify why the organization should adopt the pricing objective and follow your pricing strategy, using appropriate examples, research, and reasoning.

Conclusion (1 slide)

Conclude with a statement positioning the brand around the new service delivery.

In the notes section, defend the statement. Support your work with research.

Submissions Details:

The presentation should be 12 to 15 slides in length.

Place any references on the last slide, using APA style.

This is the question they had to answer. (Discuss the relevance and importance of a contractual relationship. Identify the various types of contracts that are required to be in writing as discussed in the text.)
Classmate 1
In order for businesses to succeed, promises must be kept.  This is done through contractual relationships, or contracts.  Contracts can be used for situations such as vehicle purchases, manufacturing, employment, etc.  A contractual relationship is a legal relationship between two or more parties.  Several key elements make up the foundation of the contract.  Those are:  legal enforceability, a written or oral agreement, a relationship of exchange, and a minimum of one term or promise.  Once both parties reach an agreement on the terms of the relationship, it then becomes a legal a contract.
Different situations call for a certain type of contract.  There are many types of contracts, some are simple verbal agreements, and some are written and signed under notary.  Types of contracts that someone may experience are bilateral contracts, unilateral contracts, express, implied, void, voidable, unenforceable, executed, and executory contracts.  Oral contracts are very difficult to enforce because there is no accountability of the offer, consideration, and acceptance.
There are times when contracts cannot exist solely on the basis of an oral promise.  All agreements that fall under the statute of frauds are required to be written, in order to be binding.  Contracts that typically fall under the statue of frauds in common law are contracts for the sale of real property, contracts that cannot be performed within one year, and contracts to pay the debt of another.  Furthermore, according to the Uniform Commercial Code, the sale of goods that costs in excess of $500 must have a written contract, in order to be enforceable.  Once the contract is in its final written form and complete, parties are not allowed to contradict the terms with evidence of negotiations or verbal agreements.
Classmate 2
Contracts are very important to keep parties obligate to perform promises. Without a contract, there is no way to hold someone accountable to perform an act. A contract is a set of promises made by a party to another party, and it is supported by law.  There are many kinds of contracts but the most common ones are Bilateral and Unilateral. Bilateral contact is one party makes a promise in exchange to another promise. For example, you promise you will pay the bank with interest if the bank lets you borrow some money. Therefore, nobody is performing a service, but both parties have made promises to each other, so this contract is supported by law. A bilateral contract is defined as promise and service. One party makes a promise and the other party will perform a service. For example, you hire someone to clean your house, you are supposed to pay the person for her or his service, and the person is supposed to clean your house.
A contract can be written or oral; however, both parties need to agree. The contract can be void if there is a mistake in it. Oral contracts can be harder to enforce because the parties do not have sufficient evidence to prove that the contract was made. Therefore, the best contract is when the one is written, so both parties have proof to show if anything happens in the future or if someone wants to void the contract for an error, the contract can be void if there is a mistake.

Checklist: – Using the table in the template provided, fill in the risks. – Consider the essential values statement essay help online free: essay help online free

Checklist:

– Using the table in the template provided, fill in the risks.
– Consider the essential values statement derived from the company’s Code of Conduct and the company’s plans and goals.
– Use what you have learned regarding ethical decision-making and problem-solving to suggest a management solution to the company to expand their customer service teams in an ethical and effective manner.
– Explain how your suggested solution will mitigate each of the risks you identified. If there are some risks which your solution will not mitigate, provide an explanation.

Assignment: Risk Management

Behaving and enacting ethically motivated decisions in an organization in line with the organization’s stated mission, vision, and values creates a more aligned organization. It also creates credibility as the organization members behave as they say they will.

Read the scenario and then use the table provided to assess the risks involved on a scale from 1 to 5 (highest). Then decide how they can use ethical decision-making and the company code of conduct to enact a resolution.

Scenario:

The company Do Right Customer Service is a third party call center customer service provider to various corporations in North America (U.S., Canada, Mexico). The company Code of Conduct espouses: “Above all we value integrity in all we say and do; we treat our stakeholders and our communities in which we operate with care for their well-being.”

The company’s current headquarters is in Des Moines, Iowa, and the company has been growing exponentially. Up until now the work teams have been composed of 4–6 employees in small teams. However, they want to reduce overhead costs in the next 9 months, while expanding their services or they will have to start firing 40% of the workforce. They know that at least 70% of the workers (i.e., 100 employees) do not want to move to another location. They have leased land in Monterrey, Mexico that has a building that could accommodate at least 50% of the employees needed for this move.

The town of Monterrey meanwhile has recently had a spate of gang violence that has toppled the existing governorship of the state. In addition, the air quality index indicates that 30% of the days, especially in the months of October through January have air quality indexes indicating risk to the elderly and children in terms of breathing difficulties.

Several supervisors of the call center teams have voiced concern over the location after the company announced their plans. Some of the company employees have been putting negative comments out on social media deriding the company’s plans. The company wants the one new location started because they want control over the call center customer service quality provided. They will also need additional supervisors at the new expanded location and at the same time are also concerned about the company image and morale during this whole process.

The current workforce is fluent in at least two languages and earn better than average wages. The average years of experience of each customer service representative is 5 years.

This assignment consists of three parts:

For Parts 1 and 2:

Go to the NCU library from your home page. Examine the guide to primary and secondary sources to see what is available. This can be found under LibGuides → Research Process → Primary and Secondary Resources. Then go back to the library home page and either conduct a search using the Roadrunner Search or go to the Statista database in the A-Z Databases list to locate data to answer the following questions. The library’s guide on Statistics may also be helpful.

Use tables and figures to explain your determination and support your rationale in answering the question. Be specific. Practice creating your own tables and figures to support your conclusion. You cannot use tables and/or figures from another source without copyright permission in your published dissertation research study. Be sure to cite the source of the table/figure using APA formatting.

Does there appear to be a relationship between adult internet usage and age between 2000 and 2018?

Part 2: Data Breaches in Health Care Over Time

Has the incidence of data breaches in the health/medical sector increased in the last five years?

Part 3: Archived Dataset

Identify one dataset (also referred to as a database) publicly available for research. A list of possible sources is included in this week’s resources or choose one that may be appropriate for your research study topic. You do not need to open the dataset that includes raw numbers.

To operationalize the dataset, gather the following information about the dataset. Dataset information is most likely contained in a document separate from the dataset and may be identified as a database dictionary, codebook, or program record layout. For the assignment response, include the following information using the headings and format outlined here:

ASSIGNMENT OUTLINE START

Dataset Name.

Dataset Source.
Enter text on this line.

Dataset Location.
Enter text on this line. (include link if available)

Dataset Overview.
Include three to five sentences to provide context for the Reader. This may include industry, focus, and original purpose for collecting the data.

Dataset Timeframe.
Enter text on this line.

Four Variables.
For each of the four variables, separately list the following information, using separate headings for each variable. If the information is not available, then indicate ‘not available.’ Follow the template below for each of the variables/constructs.

State Variable Name [include dataset abbreviation if appropriate]

Definition of the Variable. Enter text here.

Source of Data. (This might be self-reported by business, self-reported by survey, observation, etc.)

Scoring of the Variable. Enter text here. For variables, this might be age in years, number of defects per quarter, group membership, etc. For constructs, this might be computation of multiple questions on a survey or multiple variables that make up the construct.

Level of Measurement. Enter text here. Below is a reminder of the measurement levels you learned in Statistics 1. Do not include the measurement level definitions in your assignment response.

Nominal. Nominal data are measured at the discrete level depicting independent categories with no underlying order. Examples of nominal data are sex, race, and organizational department membership.

Ordinal. Ordinal data are measured at the discrete level with separate categories that imply an underlying hierarchy. Examples of nominal data are education level, age groups, or simply categories of high, medium, and low. Some Likert scales may be deemed by the researcher as ordinal data.

Interval. Interval data are measured on a continuous scale with ‘equal-appearing’ intervals and without an absolute zero point. Examples of interval data are time, temperature, credit score, and test scores. Some Likert scales may be deemed by the researcher as interval data.

Ratio. Ratio data are measured on a continuous scale with equal intervals and an absolute zero point. Examples of ratio data are age, income, and defects per lot. A researcher may deem an otherwise ratio data as interval if, for purposes of the research, the measurement level truncates the zero point or otherwise holds a floor or ceiling effect.

Score Range and Interpretation. Enter text here. Include the total possible range of scores for the variable and how to interpret the range. The score range and interpretation might be ‘Six-point Likert scale with ‘1’ meaning “Not Satisfied at All,” and ‘6’ meaning ‘Completely Satisfied;’ or perhaps a four-point ordinal scale with ‘1’ meaning no use, ‘2’ meaning little use, ‘3’ meaning moderate use, and ‘4’ meaning a lot of use. For nominal variables that form a discrete category then identify the coding scheme, for example 1 = male; 2 = female.

Reflection.
Enter text here. Describe advantages, disadvantages, challenges, and benefits that you feel may should be considered if you were to use an archived dataset for your dissertation research study.

In this project, you will demonstrate your mastery of the following competency:

Assess current performance of an organization through analysis of financial statements.
Scenario
In Project One: Applying Strategic and Operational Thinking, you prepared Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the marketing and sales departments of your product line.

Now, the CEO has provided you with a revised set of KPIs. You need to apply these KPIs toward the analysis of a proposed marketing and sales initiative to increase loyalty card memberships in neighborhoods with predominantly low-income populations, whether the populations are in rural, suburban, or city locations.

The CEO wants this analysis so that she can chart the sustainability and growth of the initiative while assuring it meets standards for Corporate Social Responsibility.

The CEO has provided you with several documents, available in the Supporting Materials section of this project. She wants you to use the provided Triple Bottom Line Balanced Scorecard to assess the strategic plan’s compliance with the KPIs and summarize your findings in a memo.

Directions
Complete the following to provide the analysis required by the CEO:

Identify the financial records that indicate commitment to TBL.
Outline which financial and other records marketing and sales maintains where TBL can provide data.
Using the TBL scorecard, evaluate the alignment of the strategic plan with KPIs. Remember, there may be multiple outcomes of this exercise. Your focus should be to apply your understanding of the scenario and evaluate the plan accordingly.
Which ideas in the plan support the KPI criteria? Cite specific ideas that meet the criteria.
Explain how they meet the criteria.
In your memo:
Describe how the TBL data relates to the KPIs.
Identify which additional TBL financial line items are needed to measure the cost for each criterion.
For example, should there be a line entry for hiring temporary workers?
Referring back to the SWOT analyses from Project One, explain how functional considerations of individual departments contribute to financial performance.
What to Submit
To complete this project, you must submit the following:

KPI and Triple Bottom Line Balanced Scorecard

Complete and submit the KPI and Triple Bottom Line Balanced Scorecard. In the scorecard spreadsheet, identify one additional KPI, a related SMART objective, and its measurement criterion. You need to do this for all three elements of TBL: people, planet, and profit. You have been provided with one example for each TBL element.
Analysis Memo

In a Word document, write a memo outlining your analysis. Ensure that the memo is organized by TBL element with a header for each segment of your analysis. The Word document should use double-spacing, 12-point Times New Roman font, and one-inch margins. This memo should be no more than 6 pages in length, and include references cited in APA format. In a 500-750 word APA-cited research paper, present a case study on an investigation in which computer forensics were instrumental in the solving and prosecution of a crime. At a minimum, cite a media account of each case in APA style. Research another source which supports that investigation. For instance, if the case involves a cell phone, research the data available on a cell phone forensic examination or a similar topic.

Summarize the case facts and explain specifically how the case was solved and/or prosecuted with the digital evidence. Did the police have any trouble accessing the evidence (e.g. deletion, locked devices, etc)?

Discuss any methods or techniques which may have been used, or perhaps that are available today and were not at the time of the investigation.

Xenoestrogens bad effects Essay best essay help

I would like a paper on Xenoestrogens, what they are and a clear line of reasoning on their terrible affects on the human body, how they are in foods and products that hurt humans and hurt men and specifically women hormone balances and fertility. Also on how Xenoestrogens are found in birth control pills which can hurt a females body and have possibly long term effects. I would also like a lot of evidence explaining the ways in which Xenoestrogens are generally very bad toxins and are harming a lot of the everyday products we consume. Dr.Jolene Brightens website had a lot of information as well as PubMed. The main point is that Xenoestrogens are endocrine disrupters and could have damaging impacts later on with the body.. possibly leading to chronic illnesses.

Better Ideas to Work on Introduction of Accounting Dissertation college admission essay help: college admission essay help

Accounts are crucial subjects that very commerce student has to work hard on scoring. If the balance sheet gets tallied, certainly accounting was rightly done. But accounting subject is not just limited to tallying the balance sheet. More concepts have been introduced with new software. That is why students need to work on some assignments that help the tutor understand if students get clarity on the topic. However, while working on the assignment, both theoretical and practical approach needs to be followed. The moment you shortlist from best of the accounting dissertation topics, you need to work on its introduction. That is why here are some better ideas to start with your assignment and make it impactful.

Come up with an impactful statement:

Your dissertation is going to be a lengthy piece. That is why, when working on the introduction part, make sure it is quite impactful. You should write a statement that would generate curiosity in the mind of readers. But for this, you need to do some background detailing on the assignment and explain a little about it.

State the purpose:

Your introduction should clearly state the reason why you have chosen this topic. You must highlight all the crucial factors that are associated with the topic. The primary aim of the topic should be written in simple language, and sentences should not be complex. You can come up with relating how the topic can bring change in the overall accounting and then state your opinion on the same.

Clarity on the crucial terms:

Not all readers are going to be experts in the assignment. But at times, you will have to use some complex terms that will not be easy to understand. That is why you must get these terms clarified in the introduction section of your assignment.

Don’t forget the ending:

No doubt with the above tips, your instruction will be impactful, but to give it more weightage, your ending sentence of the introduction needs to be good too. For this, you must add the whole assignment outline. It should represent primary points and some crucial issues covered in your accounting assignment. Make sure the ending sentence of your introduction covers the topic scope.

Make it crisp:

No reader would want to contribute to reading the introduction for a long time. Considering overall assignment structure and topic, make sure your introduction is written maybe 10% of the overall assignment size. Make sure you finish your assignment within two paragraphs and try not exaggerating every sentence; otherwise, it will lose its essence.

Conclusion:

There are so many accounting dissertation topics that are available. You can choose the one in which you already have some better knowledge. But when it comes to introducing that topic, make sure you focus on describing its overall idea. The writing purpose should be clear through your dissertation introduction. Dissertation writing is quite lengthy, but if you have the right topic and a strong introduction, then you can cover the rest other points easily.

Summary:

While working on an accounting dissertation, you should start with an effective introduction. This way, you can gather more attention from the readers who would be willing to read the assignment further.

Complete a formal analysis of the painting attached, ” YELLOW, RED AND BLUE, C.1925 by Wassily Kandinsky”. In other words, write about the impact of the image through its Appearance. Pick any of the elements (color, shapes, lines) and/or any of the principles (balance, hierarchy, contrast) that seem important in the impact of the image and write about their effect on you. Although you may mention aspects of the content or what the images depicts, try NOT to concentrate on that aspect. Instead focus on the feeling that you get from the elements and principles. You might even want to look at the image upside down for a few moments in order to avoid focusing too much on what it shows. Your goal here is to see if you can get a sense of how things like color and shape or balance and hierarchy affect you or have an impact on you or make you feel a certain way when you look at the image. Try to use descriiptive words like calm or frenzied, gentle or intense, rigid or flowing (or even poetry of that works).

Assignment Prompt

Net Stats: Should They Expect to Fail?

For years, broad surveys have reported surprisingly high rates of ERP project failures. In a survey exploring the nature of these failures, Panorama Consulting Solutions, an ERP systems integrator, found that in 2015, 57 percent of ERP projects experienced cost overruns and schedule overruns. Even worse, 46 percent of the survey respondents reported receiving less than half of the expected benefits from their ERP implementation; 10 percent did not realize any measurable benefits. Clearly, ERP implementations are prone to difficulties and delays, but the reasons behind the problems are difficult to pinpoint.

ERP Case study Questions

7-34. Search the web to identify a story about a recent ERP implementation failure. 7-35. Interpret the article you located. What caused the project to fail? What could have been done differently?
7-36.Describe how the Panorama survey might look in 5 years and 10 years. Will success rates improve? Get worse? Why?
7-37. Using your presentation software of choice, create two or three slides that summarize the findings you consider most important.

The primary research question in the article “Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder’s (ASD) Lying is Correlated with their Working Memory but not Theory of Mind” (TM) was whether children with ASD rely on executive function, particularly working memory, to a much greater extent than on TM when they engage in deception. The participants of this study were selected based on the developmental conditions being studied. The group of participants included 20 children with autism, 20 with intellectual disability (ID), and 20 typically developing (TD) children. The criteria were that the participants must have been diagnosed with the condition in a specialized hospital using appropriate diagnostic tools.

The researchers did not provide a summary of the results. The study presents strong evidence on why studying how ASD children use their working memory during deception is significant. Through a review of previously done studies and the findings of the present empirical study, Ma et al. (2019) show that clinicians can train the working memories of children with ASD to improve their social functioning. In this study, random assignment was not used as children had to be matched based on their verbal and nonverbal ability. The study concludes that children with ASD told fewer lies compared to those with ID and TD, and also that children on the spectrum used their working memory. The statistics presented are significant because the correlation between working memory and lying can be used positively to help ASD children function in social settings. However, it is difficult to establish why ASD children use their working memory when lying which signified that the study did not provide readers with the cause and effect.

This week we read about Dr. Bloom’s recommendations for scheduling a return to work. Summarize his recommendations and explain why online essay help

This week we read about Dr. Bloom’s recommendations for scheduling a return to work. Summarize his recommendations and explain why you agree or disagree. Describe any additional assumptions needed to understand why the recommended course of action would be successful or not (ex, particular industries, types of workshifts, company culture). Do you need or want more data to strengthen your opinion? If so, what data and how would you obtain it? In addition to your narrative, make a flow chart that describes steps for a safe return to the worksite. Point out the risks involved in each step and suggest preventative actions you would take to reduce the risk of spreading COVID19 at work. The last step in the flowchart should be a safe return of employees to the office (with additional requirements as desired to fit your plan). Keep in mind that you face risks no matter what plan of action you decide. Your job is to identify and minimize risks. In order to do that, you need to know how to look for risks and have the data to back up your reasoning. If you cannot justify your reasoning, you will have a much harder time convincing anyone else to listen to your assessment.
