You can compare/contrast political structure, the economy, religion, social structure –whatever you want — but select at least two areas to cover. 3-4 pages. Have a title page, intro, multiparagraph body, and conclusion. You must have in-text citations from the book.
Inc: Uncovering the B2B DNA of a B2C Product or Service (NIKE INC) custom essay help: custom essay help
For Nike Inc: Using the module content, analyse the B2B components/elements of a product or service marketed to consumers. The analysis in your report needs to address the following questions: How is value created? Who is involved? What are the marketing mix decisions involved? Is there any evidence of innovation in a B2B context? For example, if you choose airline A, who are the companies involved in the plane manufacturing and behind the airline service? What are the key decisions made at the marketing mix level?1. The goal of the assignment is to uncover the B2B DNA of a B2C product or service. You might want to put yourself in the shoes of the consumer to identify all the possible B2B touchpoints (e.g., is your B2C company using partners for the delivery?).By working backward from there, you might realize that actually many actors are required to enable your B2C company to develop its unique value selling proposition to the end customer, from the suppliers of ingredients/components to logistics to web design services. As you do this analysis, focus on how the B2B interactions happening way before the product or service reaches the end customer are actually playing a role in influencing what type of experience the B2C company is able to provide (e.g., luxury, low price, etc.)2. As this is a report, you are expected to include an introduction and a conclusion. How you structure what is in between is open: choose whatever structure, with headings and sub-headings that help you to develop a stronger argument.1. The introduction gives you an opportunity to introduce the company/product you are focusing and the content of the report itself.2. At the opposite end of the report, in the conclusion, you can draw the implications about what you have found as part of your efforts to uncover the B2B DNA of your B2C offering. E.g., was information easily available? Did you struggle to access information? What does this tell you about the company?3. As part of your research, you might find that companies disclose information about future plans e.g., to become more sustainable, cut emissions etc. You could uncover a gap between what happens now (which is potentially critical or negative) and what could be happening in the future (which is an improvement and could address the critical aspects you have analysed). If that is the case, you can comment on this as part of your analysis.4. Not all aspects of the B2B marketing mix of the partner companies (distributors, suppliers, etc.) might be visible as often these are a source of competitive advantage (e.g., pricing). Hence, you are not expected to get the full picture for all the parties involved. You can analyse only the relevant components of the B2B marketing mix.

Objectives The goal of this discussion post is for you to identify and explain each of Erik Erikson’s Psychosocial Eight Essay online essay help
Objectives The goal of this discussion post is for you to identify and explain each of Erik Erikson’s Psychosocial Eight Stages and then explore your development through his perspective. Are you a person who is curious about your own and others psychological development or are you someone who thinks people are just who they are and it doesn’t matter how they get there? Some of my own family members wonder why I am so intrigued by who we are in this lifetime. Whatever your views, this is your opportunity to study a theory and then apply it to your own life. Directions Before you respond to your discussion prompts review material in your textbook: Erik Erikson’s Theory of Socioemotional Development section of Chapter 8 focusing on each stage, particularly the developmental task and resolution for each stage. Note that there is a chart briefly explaining each of the stages but be sure to study all the material included on pages 304-312. This video is also a helpful summary: Step 1 – Post (15 points) Provide an explanation of each of the eight stages of development he identifies: For each stage: State the name of the stage, the age period it describes, and describe the developmental task as represented by the two possible outcomes that demonstrate the greater personal competence or the greater weakness. For each stage: Provide specific examples for each of the possible outcomes by sharing a story or example from your own life, or that of a family member or friend, for each of the possible outcomes. Please remember to always protect the confidentiality of others if you are sharing someone else’s experience. Below is an example from my life so you can get a sense of what I’m looking for in your response: Trust vs. Mistrust example answer for 1B: Trust – When my brother was born, my mother took a break from her studies/work to be a caregiver. My brother had my mother’s undivided attention. He developed a sense trust, that people will be there for him when he needs them. Mistrust – About four months after my birth, my mother returned to her studies/work. She arranged for half-time positions, relatively unheard of at the time, which were awkwardly arranged for one month of near constant work and one month “off” where she could be with me at home. As an infant, I did not understand why my caregiver would appear and disappear, when she returned home, I would initially push her away. I developed a sense of mistrust in my personal relationships, questioning whether people will be there for me when I need them. 2. Critical analysis: What about Erik Erikson’s theory feels accurate to you or useful to you (explain)? What critiques do you have of Erik Erikson’s theory? (~one paragraph) 3. THROUGHLINE: Consider your current age and developmental stage: What state of socioemotional development are you currently in? What resolution are you moving towards in this stage and give reasons for it. (~one paragraph)

In this exercise you will:1.) Run the attached SQL script “exampleData.sql” in your preferred way (E.g., workbench or from the command line tool in a terminal window.)This script creates a database named FN1 and a table named “VoterData”, and loads three rows of data into the table.Notice that the data are not stored in First Normal Form because two of the columns: “address” and “email” are used in a way that makes their data nonatomic. A valid address is hierarchical: street number, street name, city/town name, state, zip code, etc. The email field is used to store more than one email address. (If you want to know more about postal addresses read this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Address)2.) Watch Caleb Curry’s youtube video on First Normal Form (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JjwEhK4QxRo) and understand what this means and how he redesigns his database. Notice that the database I gave you is similar to his.3.) Redesign the provided example database so that the email information is in first normal form. This means that you will create a new table called “EmailAddresses” that is specialized for storing email address information, and, it has a foreign key relationship with the VoterData table, etc. When you finish save your work as an SQL file and upload it. I don’t want screen shots word documents, etc.I will run your sql file to determine if you did the exercise correctly.
Most of us learn to base our self-worth on comparisons and competition. We think about succeeding in terms of cheap essay help
Most of us learn to base our self-worth on comparisons and competition. We think about succeeding in terms of someone else failing–that is, if I win, you lose; or if you win, I lose. Life becomes a zero-sum game. There is only so much pie to go around, and if you get a big piece, there is less for me; it’s not fair, and I’m going to make sure you don’t get anymore.
Win-win sees life as a cooperative arena, not a competitive one. Win-win is a frame of mind and heart that constantly seeks mutual benefit in all human interactions. Win-win means agreements or solutions are mutually beneficial and satisfying. We both get to eat the pie.
Discuss/answer the following questions/topics:
Deeply consider your own internal scriipting and discuss. Is it win-lose (zero sum game)? Or is it Win-Win. How does that scriipting affect your interactions with other people in your interactions? Can you identify the main source of that scriipt? Determine whether or not those scriipts serve well in your life.

UNIT 4 – DISCUSSION BOARD
Select a cultural or religious group to consider for this discussion. Choose one that you may interact with frequently in
your clinical setting.
My other job, a per diem job in labor and delivery, is primarily with ultra-Orthodox Hasidic Jewish patients.
Using your experience or research, what preferences, values, and needs would you anticipate that the patient and family
members may need?
Most of my patients are from the ultra-orthodox Hasidic Lubavitch Jewish sect. During their Shabbat(Sabbath) from sundown Friday to sundown Saturday, my orthodox Jewish patient cannot touch anything electrical such as call lights, IV pumps, phones, elevator buttons, push or pull anything, and can’t directly ask anyone to do this for them. I developed codes with my patients before Shabbat. I will say it is warm in here, I think I will cool the room down, and if they want that, they will say something like.do it if it makes you comfortable or if the temp is good for them, they will say you look comfortable same with the heat and turning on and off the lights. Only a non-Jew can do these things for them; a Jewish person cannot because it is a sin to observe another Jew breaking Shabbat, especially on their behalf. The close observation of an orthodox Jewish pts on. Shabbat is critical as they can be hemorrhaging and not use the call light. They can get help if it is serious “for life or limb,” their rabbis have told me, but I have had pts. that are bleeding heavily and do not call for help. The female pt. wears either a wig or a headscarf and usually has a shaved head.
. The orthodox Jewish man cannot touch the woman in labor, or after she delivers because she has lochia, so that is forbidden, they will stay with her in labor and are very caring and supportive. Still, they will turn around when she is delivering. If they are in shock and don’t turn, the pt. is yelling at them in Yiddish to turn away; the man/husband also cannot touch the baby until the baby is bathed, and then he will provide full care to the baby, including diaper changes. Do not offer your hand in greeting if you are a woman to an orthodox Jewish man and vice versa for an orthodox Jewish woman.
The orthodox pt. also follows a Kosher diet which is more than no pork and shellfish; it’s no dairy consumed with meat and meat killed and prepared under rabbinical supervision. If you heat their food from home in the microwave, you must place it in 2 paper bags as our microwaves cook non-Kosher foods and are not Kosher.
For the ultra-orthodox Hasidic Jews, life is to be preserved above all, so not treating a pre-term
baby or a baby not compatible with life is not something they will typically do; they want
aggressive care to preserve life(Gabbay et al., 2017).
Interestingly unlike my Wahabi Sunni pts( nursing in Saudi Arabia). the ultra-orthodox Jewish women do allow male doctors to treat
them. I ask questions if I am unsure, and they are always receptive and eager to share their religion /culture.
In what ways can you promote the patient and family members to be a source of control?
Practicing patient-centered care makes the pt. not just a partner in their care but the captain. This really differs from the paternalistic medical model and where the doctor tells the pt., what to do(Kumar et al. 2018). The pt. must be educated about their condition in order to take on this role. As the nurse, I would teach the pt. and the family if I had the pts—permission to discuss their health concerns with their family. I would print out their medication list with the functions of each medication. I would sign the pt. up in our pt. portal with their permission so that they could directly contact their provider and where their lab results will be posted(Kumar et al. 2018). Informatics should extend to the pt. having this access is part of pt. centered care(Rubenfeld 2014)
In 1984 Brenner developed seven domains in providing pt./person centered care they are” the helping role, the teaching and coaching role, the diagnostic and patient-monitoring function, effective management of rapidly changing situations, administering and monitoring therapeutic interventions and regimes, monitoring and ensuring the quality of health care practice and organizational and work role competencies” (Landers et al. 2018 p.1).
What interventions will you document in the electronic medical record in the nursing care plan based on your assessment of the patient’s preferences, values, and needs?
Pt. is an ultra-orthodox Jew on a kosher diet(no pork, no shellfish, no meat, and dairy together on her tray). Get instructions from pt. if she needs food heated up. From sundown Friday to sundown Saturday is her Sabbath; she cannot touch anything with electricity during this time, so please unplug IV pumps for her before using the bathroom. Increase rounding because she cannot use the call light, adjust her central air or lights. Turn the lights out in the evening, leaving the night light on like we do for all pts. and adjust temp. to comfort, but the pt. will not be able to prompt you to do this. The husband cannot asst. in her care as she has lochia but will provide full care for the baby once it has been bathed(Gabbay et al., 2017).

UNIT 4 – DISCUSSION BOARD
Select a cultural or religious group to consider for this discussion
Healthcare providers deliver care to diverse populations with different cultures and religions. Thus, they are expected to deliver culturally competent patient care. One of the many patient cultures that require an understanding of the differences in cultural and spiritual values is the Muslim faith. Some of my patients with Islam culture are from Bangladesh and the Middle East. Apart from language differences, understanding their culture and religious belief requires sensitivity, open-mindedness, and flexibility to provide high-quality care to their population. Attum et al. (2018) emphasized that healthcare providers need to be aware of the important differences in their dietary practices, privacy and touch restrictions, ideas of modesty, alcohol intake, and medication restrictions.
Using your experience or research, what preferences, values, and needs would you anticipate that the patient and family members may need?
According to Attum et al. (2018), Islam customs and beliefs restrict alcohol and pork products in their diet and thus accommodations such as providing fruits and vegetables or allowing the family to bring foods from home are important considerations in their care. Also, I have experienced one of my Muslim patients reciting prayers during medication pass. I closed the curtain and gave him privacy and returned to give his medications after his prayer ritual. Attum et al. (2018) state that Islamic patients pray five times a day for a few minutes which may interfere with the scheduled tasks of the nurses. Thus, healthcare providers should give them privacy and adjust medication or mealtime to accommodate their prayer time. One way to support their spiritual needs is by assisting them with cleanliness which is essential to prayer. It is important to assist patients to have clean gowns, beddings, and clean space before their prayer rituals (Mobin-Uddin, 2018). Another important practice to consider for Islamic culture is their privacy and modesty. A touch from the opposite gender is discouraged except for immediate family members (Attum et al., 2018). Thus, female Muslim patients require the same gender nurse to perform a physical examination or if this is not possible, a member of the family should be present during the physical examination. Islam wears modest dresses or clothes in which their hair, arms, and legs must be covered as part of their moral and social culture, and thus must be removed for as little time as possible during a physical exam (Attum et al., 2018). Another sign of modesty among female patients is avoiding eye contact or shaking hands with the opposite gender and should not be interpreted as a sign of rejection or lack of trust (Attum et al., 2018). Also, an important spiritual belief to consider in Islam is their most blessed and spiritual month called Ramadan in which patients fast (Amin

create an agenda for a parent-teacher conference and to evaluate your agenda. a level english language essay help
You teach pre-k at a local head start program wherein all students are from families of low socioeconomic status (SES). One student, Travis, an African American child, just turned five years old. He has a limited vocabulary and poor grammar skills. His communication challenges seem to have affected his social life. You have just completed the ASQ (60 month) for Travis and he scored in the black zone on communication. Travis tries to join in games with other boys, but typically winds up playing by himself. When you pull Travis’ file, you note that his widowed mother works a second-shift job at a large factory in town. You call her to set up a conference appointment and notice that she uses African American English (AAE) in conversation. You know Travis does as well and, since that may affect his success in school, you want to create a plan to help him code switch to Standard English (SE) when appropriate as you are working on school readiness skills that will help him successfully transition to kindergarten the upcoming school year.
Create a three-item agenda to discuss how you can work with Travis and his mother to improve verbal ability.
The first two items should be talking points (one paragraph for each) on
(1) why improving verbal ability is important to academic and social success, and
(2) how social interaction (such as conversation or joint book reading) at home and school can help.
For the third item, create a chart with at least five sample areas for teaching Travis how to code-switch between home and school.
For each item of your agenda, explain how this item addresses the issues in the scenaro.
A minimum of two In-text citations to justify your explanation.

Although nurses commonly treat their spouse, partner, or members of their own family, there is ethical concern about the appropriateness of doing so. Under certain circumstances, it is ethically permissible to treat one’s family members. The matter becomes more complex, however, when the symptoms are nonemergent or when the diagnosis is out of the NP scope or one’s clinical skills (AMA Journal of Ethics, 2012).
In my view, it is appropriate for Nurse Practitioners to prescribe for family members, provided that several conditions are met. First, the ailment should be within the Nurse Practitioner’s scope of expertise. Second, the Nurse Practitioner should not accept any limitations on having access to the patient for history taking and physical examination or to the patient’s medical record. Some family members just want what they want, without an explanation, which won’t work in this case. The Nurse Practitioner should be able to get honest answers to any medical questions, such as sources of exposure to an infection. Third, to prescribe the antibiotic medicine for my relative, as a Nurse Practitioner I should know enough about the appropriate therapy to feel comfortable with its use (McConnell, 2020). Finally, once treatment has been initiated, follow-up is essential. If the condition is not resolving as expected, the family member should be referred to another source appropriately. As such, in this scenario, I will consider the above factors and prescribe medications for the family member who asked me for my help.

Choose a research topic from the chapter readings or from the list provided by your professor.
Research/find a minimum at least four (4), preferably five (5) or more, different peer- reviewed articles on your topic from the University of the Cumberlands Library online business database. The article(s) must be relevant and from a peer-reviewed source. While you may use relevant articles from any time frame, current/published within the last five (5) years are preferred. Using literature that is irrelevant or unrelated to the chosen topic will result in a point reduction.
Write a four (4) to five (5) page double spaced paper in APA format discussing the findings on your specific topic in your own words. Note – paper length does not include cover page, abstract, or references page(s).
Structure your paper as follows:
Overview describing the importance of the research topic to current business and professional practice in your own words.
Purpose of Research should reflect the potential benefit of the topic to the current business and professional practice and the larger body of research.
Review of the Literature summarized in your own words. Note that this should not be a “copy and paste” of literature content, nor should this section be substantially filled with direct quotes from the article. A literature review is a summary of the major points and findings of each of the selected articles (with appropriate citations). Direct quotations should be used sparingly. Normally, this will be the largest section of your paper (this is not a requirement; just a general observation).
Practical Application of the literature. Describe how your findings from the relevant research literature can shape, inform, and improve current business and professional practice related to your chosen topic.
Conclusion in your own words

(1) It is interesting to consider George Herbert Mead’s idea that functional superiority, one’s ability to help others with their superior skills without trying to dominate, will lead to a universal d essay help
It is a lovely idea, but I do not think we can apply these ideas to the problems of democracy in our century. People seem to have a difficult time grasping the concept of working together to better society. I suspect that this extreme dividedness poses an obstacle to Mead’s idea of achieving a universal democracy.
In researching the subject, Erisen and Wiltse (2017) sought to test how destabilizing linguistic, ethnic, and religious division may be to democracy. In contrast to my suspicions, they found that highly divided communities were able to sustain democracy so long as they had a strong economic standing. So maybe the realization of Mead’s universal democracy will happen in a strong economy.
Maybe there are other ways to promote tolerance among people to encourage Mead’s cooperative relations necessary for a universal democracy. For example, Tanyel and Kiralp’s (2021) research set out to see if students would become more tolerant and hold more humanitarian values after undergoing a peace education program. The students that participated in this program showed a significant increase in tolerance, empathy, acceptance, friendship, respect, honesty, and peacefulness.
Mead’s universal democracy could be realized if society works towards a stable economy and implement programs that increase cooperative relations. Unfortunately, these things will likely not happen naturally.
George Mead had a particular vision in his desire to create the ideal society. His “functional superiority” ideology talks about how a person or group can display their abilities without trying to control others, even if others will benefit from their superiority and leading to putting the views and ideas of other societies above their own (Edles and Appelrouth 2014). To achieve global democracy, there must be a real desire to help others, because democracy disappears when one individual seeks to force his or her will on another. The functional superiority ideology requires a society in which individuals can be tolerant, coexist happily, and embrace a national identity that is larger than their individual identities.
Meetings at the United Nations are a fantastic illustration of how nations can come together and put the needs of others first. The organization seeks to promote international collaboration, and while members may not agree on everything, they search for common ground on which to achieve a consensus.
Mead’s philosophy of putting others’ needs ahead of one’s own is a utopian one. They cannot be applied to democracy in the twenty-first century that easily. In today’s world, there are much too many disparities, and society’s drive to compete and win over others is far too individualistic. In fact, many groups encounter difficulties to equal participation and equal access to resources and a multiracial and gender inclusive coalition is needed more than (Rosino 2020). Other challenges of democracy in the 21st century that would not align with Mead’s ideology are corruption, declining levels of confidence in politics, and escalating violence throughout societies.
One exacerbating issue endangering democracy is the notorious decline of civil rights in the United States and how other countries do not perceive it as a model of democracy. In addition, younger generations take democracy for granted because they have forgotten the long struggle against communist or authoritarian regimes. Younger votes put democracy at jeopardy because they lack the drive and the strength to vote for their own interests (Calasanti 2021). Education is vital to make sure previous mistakes are not repeated.

Traffic Alert and Collision Avoidance System (TCAS) college essay help online: college essay help online
The development of the Traffic Alert and Collision Avoidance System (TCAS) was an incremental process that began in response to a need for an airborne system that would complement the ground-based air traffic control system provided by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). In the 1950s, rigorous operational analyses were conducted in response to several mid-air collisions that likely would have been prevented by a collision-avoidance system. My research topic is about how the aircraft TCAS system has increased flight safety throughout the years and how without it, there would be more midair collisions.
Your research must show how System Safety Concepts are being applied or could be applied, to an aircraft system that was introduced after an aircraft accident. For example, the Ground Proximity Warning System (GPWS) was developed because pilots were flying aircraft into terrain due to loss of situational awareness, not mechanical problems.
Each student is required to write a six (6) to eight (8) page paper (not including the title page, abstract, and references) on a topic of your choice in the discipline of system safety application. Your research must show how System Safety Concepts are being applied or could be applied, to an existing system that was introduced after an accident occurred. As an example, the Ground Proximity Warning System (GPWS) was developed because pilots were flying aircraft into terrain due to loss of situational awareness, not mechanical problems. Throughout the course, we will be discussing the use of System Safety Management techniques in aviation and non-aviation settings. Your topic should be specifically on aircraft systems in real-world situations that were introduced based on accidents. Your topic may be on any system from real-world situations that were introduced based on/following accidents.

Create a three-to-four-page sales proposal, formatted as a letter, addressed to the marketing leader at GOAT the shoe reselling custom essay help
Create a three-to-four-page sales proposal, formatted as a letter, addressed to the marketing leader at GOAT the shoe reselling app. This letter will serve as your topic proposal (of sorts) for your final Module 14 Assign: White Paper. You most likely identified the marketing leader in the Module 3 Assign: Sales Proposal Memo. The letter must be addressed to a real person who works at the company.
Upon reading your sales proposal, your proposal’s audience should want to hire you to write a white paper for them. This means that your goal for this document is to convince your audience that:
The company has a marketing problem with a product, service, initiative, or event. The problem is severe enough that it must be resolved.
A white paper will benefit the company and help resolve the marketing problem.
You have a concrete vision for the final white paper. You need to provide enough information so that someone else could read your proposal and have enough information to write a similar white paper to what you have planned. This means that you should discuss:
The white paper type you plan to write (i.e., backgrounder, problem-solution, numbered-list, backgrounder numbered-list hybrid, or problem-solution numbered-list hybrid).
The topics you will cover in the white paper.
The white paper audience (typically one of the following: shareholders, other businesses, government officials, or media professionals). Remember: The audience for the Module 14 Assign: White Paper assignment is not the same as the audience for your proposal.
You are the right person to write this white paper. The audience should believe that you are qualified and have a reasonable plan for writing it. You’ll also need to mention your timeline and (hypothetical but reasonable) fees for writing the document.
Proposals are persuasive documents. Practice the persuasion techniques discussed in Canavor (2019) Chapter 6. Try to include at least one logos, pathos, and ethos persuasion strategy in your final document.
Below are additional requirements to keep in mind:
Sales proposals typically include six sections (see Kolin, 2015, pages 340-341; see course reserves). Similarly, your submission should also include six clearly labeled sections. These include an introduction, descriiption of your white paper, timeline, costs, your qualifications, and conclusion.
Proposals are research-based documents. Meaningfully integrate at least five credible sources into the document to support your arguments. Cite these correctly both in-text and in endnotes in either MLA or APA format. This means that you need to include a Works Cited or References page.
Practice plain language throughout the document. You will need to submit a screenshot of your Readability Index for the final document. To receive full credit for this criterion, the Readability Index must show an average of 18 or fewer words per sentence and a percentage of passive verbs at no more than 10%.
End strong. Your conclusion should include a compelling “call to action.” Be clear what you want your reader to do next after reading the proposal.
Format your proposal as a letter. Include a heading, date line, inside address, salutation, complimentary close, and signature. Use one-inch margins, left justify your text, use single-space with double spacing between paragraphs, and write in a 12-point Helvetica or Arial font. Use Figure 8.10 in Kolin (2015) as your guide to formatting the document.

The power point should be 10 to 12 slides in length, and should represent a compilation of your learning, incorporating, and showcasing your DMAIC process for your selected case study.
For the final project in this course, you will develop an executive summary presentation with speaker notes. Imagine that you are a human resource professional in an organization that is struggling with a conflict regarding a critical strategic project. Leaders in the organization are looking to you to assess the conflict, determine what the key issues are, and recommend an action plan to resolve it.
In this project, you will use organizational tools associated with the define, measure, analyze, improve, and control (DMAIC) process, a Six Sigma problem-solving methodology that many organizations use to solve a variety of issues. By following the rudimentary elements of the DMAIC process, you will define the problem, measure its impact on the organization, analyze the issue to assess how best to resolve it, develop recommendations to improve the situation (propose a solution), and suggest an ongoing process to ensure the proposed solution controls the issue, preventing a flare-up or reoccurrence of the original issue.
In this assignment, you will demonstrate your mastery of the following course outcomes:
· Analyze conflicts involving organizational culture for determining the root causes of dissonance between organizational values and the individual values of its members
· Propose data-driven processes that determine critical variables present in conflicts between employees for addressing organizational conflict situations
· Develop evidence-based strategies for addressing future conflicts involving organizational culture
· Assess the effectiveness of organizational leadership for informing organizational leaders on how to increase employee engagement, foster collaboration, and build effective teams
· Develop appropriate gap-analysis strategies for assessing the congruence of ethical, moral, and legal variables present in conflict situations between employees and organizational values
Prompt For your project, you will choose one of the case studies provided—Final Project Case Study
(ATTACHED) and develop an executive summary presentation with speaker notes and citations based on the case study. In your presentation, you will analyze the case study, determine the cause of the conflict, recommend corrective actions to resolve the conflict, and make recommendations to avoid similar conflicts in the future.
Specifically, the following critical elements must be addressed:
I. Defining Goals: In this section, you will summarize the desired resolution to the conflict in the case study based on your knowledge of the organization’s business goals, customer needs, and the process that needs to improve.
A. Construct a problem statement that clearly articulates the personnel conflict that has arisen. Be sure to consider the project scope and future state goal in contextualizing the conflict.
B. Complete a stakeholder analysis, identifying the key stakeholders that are involved in or affected by the current situation and future-state goal as articulated in the problem statement.
C. Develop a high-level suppliers, inputs, process, outputs, and customers (SIPOC) process map, identifying the quantitative and qualitative variables that are likely to contribute to the conflict.
II. Measuring Performance: In this section, you will create a process to gather data on the current situation.
A. Propose a process to effectively collect data on the identified variables (from the SIPOC analysis) and appropriately evaluate it.
B. Construct an Ishikawa diagram (fishbone diagram) of the variables that contribute to the conflict, selecting the critical variables that require further analysis.
C. Describe the role of these critical variables in developing corrective changes to address the conflict in the problem statement.
III. Analysis: In this section, you will begin to create a picture of what the future state will look like, focusing on the proposed solution.
A. Determine the root causes of the conflict by assessing the variables you identified, and the information provided in the case study.
B. Construct questions you would ask of the stakeholders (voice of customer) if this were a live situation to pressure test your initial assessment of the probable root causes.
C. Using the “Five Whys” process, construct additional questions you anticipate needing to ask as stakeholders answer your initial question.
IV. Improve: The goal of this section is to demonstrate that the solutions you propose should resolve the organizational conflict in the case study, leading to an improved future state.
A. Recommend appropriate corrective actions to address the previously determined root causes of the conflict.
B. Propose quantifiable metrics that could measure progress in implementing the recommended corrective actions.
C. Identify potential areas of resistance to the recommended corrective actions, providing recommendations to reduce such resistance.
D. Assess the effectiveness of various leadership styles on employee engagement and employee empowerment in the case study.
E. Determine how an effective team-building process could have prevented some of the issues with the dysfunctional team in the case study. You might consider team-building models like Drexler/Sibbet or Tuckman.
F. Recommend effective leadership styles and team-building processes that organizational leadership could use to promote increased employee engagement and foster collaboration moving forward.
V. Controls: This section will recommend methods that should help ensure the proposed solution resolves the defined problem now and in the future.
A. Describe how you would address ethical, cultural, and legal variables that present challenges when working with team members from different backgrounds and different geographic regions. Support your response with relevant examples.
B. Explain how organizational values can be identified, validated, and codified to reduce the potential for organizational dissonance.
C. Develop an appropriate gap-analysis strategy to periodically assess the congruence, or lack thereof, between an organization’s espoused values and its enacted values. Be sure to consider the ethical, cultural, and legal variables in the development of your gap-analysis strategy.

You work for a media communications company, and throughout the COVID19 pandemic, you and your colleagues have been working remotely. Your divisional manager, Anna D’Allaird is concerned about the future of the company and about how to successfully bring her employees back to working on site in the office. She wants to know more about ways to appeal to and retain Gen Z workers. She has asked that you, a Gen Z who has been working for the company for two years, do some research into the problem of what Gen Z employees need most right now. Some questions you might address include: What are Gen Z workers like? What do they want? What is important to them in their jobs? How do their wants and preferences differ from those of older, more established employees (Millennials, Baby Boomers)? How can employers like Anna adapt her leadership to accommodate and thereby retain this newer generation of workers? For example: According to Ashley Stahl in “How Gen-Z Is Bringing a Fresh Perspective to the World of Work,” those considered to be part of the Gen Z generation including people born between 1997 and possibly as late as 2015. Pay close attention to the design of your document. Is there a use for graphic highlighting (bold, underline, italics)? What about a bulleted or numbered list? Be sure to include the standard memo headings, TO:, FROM:, DATE:, and SUBJECT:, at the top of the memo. Edit and proofread for appropriate language and tone, correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation. Directions: Pick an article from below. Then, in an essay, analyze it rhetorically, using principles discussed in class. In the essay, show how the article succeeds, fails, or does something else entirely. Does the author use rhetoric in a way that works for the author’s approach to the argument? Use evidence from the article to support your analysis.
Specifics: The analysis section of the paper should take up the majority of the essay. Here you are trying to analyze and explain how the argument was put together (which rhetorical strategies it uses). How are those strategies meant to impact the audience? In other words, how do the strategies attempt to influence the reader’s thoughts and feelings? How do the strategies relate to and support the overall argument?
The assignment is based on the premise that all writing is aimed at a specific audience for a specific purpose. Your task with this assignment is to determine the exact goal of the article and to explore, on paper, the strategies, “rhetoric devices” used by the writer to achieve this goal.

We can begin to understand our individual role in society’s energy consumption by analyzing the largest categories of energy college essay help
We can begin to understand our individual role in society’s energy consumption by analyzing the largest categories of energy usage, such as that used in our homes. In this lab you will calculate your home energy consumption by using an online calculator developed by the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. Understand that no model can determine your home’s energy usage exactly, nor is that necessary. At this point, you are looking for an estimate that will reflect the magnitude of your consumption. You will also want to determine in what areas you should focus your energy reduction efforts. Because we are interested in performing a proper scientific analysis, you will need to replicate your analysis in order to make conclusions on a broader scale. And of course, you need a hypothesis to test. Just as many scientists do, you will derive your hypothesis from information in the current scientific literature.
To begin, download the Lab Worksheet attached in the link. Complete the lab worksheet and submit it by the due date.

Quinn, your supervisor, has informed you that if the company’s profits grow by 30% this year, you will receive a $30,000 bonus, and she will receive a $60,000 bonus. No bonuses will be awarded if profit growth is less than 30%. Near the end of this fiscal year, the two of you have the following conversation:
Quinn: We are getting close to 28% profit by the end of this year. If this happens, neither you nor I will get any bonus. What can be done to reach our target and get our bonus?
You: There is nothing we can do to reach 30% profit this year. However, we can plan to reach that target next year.
Quinn: If we claim some of the next year revenues to be part of the current year, you will get your bonus, I will get mine, and the investors will be happier. Therefore, everybody will be happy.

Remember your paper must include (all in proper APA 7th edition format): Cover Page Body (3 pages a minimum discussion of non-verbal areas of interest) Reference Page Make sure to use two additional resources from APUS online library or internet (Google Scholar is a great source) Wikipedia, or similar sites are NOT acceptable sources for this paper TRANSCRIPT TRANSCRIPT TRANSCRIPT TRANSCRIPT!!!!![music] 00:10Non-verbal Communication in the Global Marketplace NARRATOR If you’ve ever participated in a telephone survey , you probably discovered that is very difficult to get personal information. The reason for that is because the person you’re talking to can’t judge your non-verbal communication. They have to depend on their ears without help from their eyes. We generally think that communication involves our mouth and ears, but the truth is our eyes play just as big of a role in the communication process. It’s through our eyes that we interpret a person’s non-verbal communication. A good communicator will always make sure that their non-verbal communication supports what they are verbally communicating because a receiver will interpret the source of the message as well as the message itself. So, it’s important that the source and the message are complementary and not contradictory. For example, banks want you to think they are being conservative with your money therefore they want their employees to non-verbally project a conservative image. Suits and dresses are conservative and at home, these people wear jeans and T-shirts like everyone else but at work they dress to match their environment conservative. A sporting-goods store on the other hand, is selling leisure products and should reinforce the leisure image with casual dress. Dressing casually when working in a bank or wearing a suit in a sporting-goods store would non-verbally contradict the desired message. Take a look at this office and see if you can draw any conclusions about me: Am I sloppy and disorganized? Who knows? You can’t judge by this office because it’s not mine. I didn’t say look at “my” office, I said “this” office. Your brain interpreted what you thought I said not what I actually said. 02:10Bird in the the hand NARRATOR Here’s and old saying. Or is it? 02:15Bird in the hand NARRATOR What you perceived was “bird in the hand” but what you saw was “bird in the the hand”. 02:20Bird in the the hand Bird in the hand NARRATOR You physically saw one phrase but your brain perceived another: which was the most powerful? Now, if we’re going to communicate, you’ll have to pay attention and that’s not easy. Since this program began how much time have you spent in the present? How much time have you spent thinking about last night? How much time have you spent in the future? On average, you’ve only been in the present about 50% of the time and somewhere else the other 50%. You’ve heard everything I’ve said so far but only listened to half of it. Don’t confuse hearing and listening. Hearing is a physical process while listening is a cognitive process. Think about how many time you’ve been introduced to somebody at an event and within five minutes you forgot their name. You forgot their name because you didn’t listen in the first place. You heard but you didn’t listen. You didn’t make a conscious effort to internalize what was said. 03:30Non-verbal communication is the process of transferring meaning without the use of words. NARRATOR Non-verbal communication is the process of transferring meaning without the use of words. For example, a BMW is a good car but don’t we buy it because it sends a message and not because it’s a good form of transportation? Aren’t we non-verbally telling the world “Hey! Look at me, I’m successful! I can afford a luxury car!” If you remember anything from this program, remember that you’ll communicate as much non-verbally as you do verbally so make sure that each process supports the other. 04:055 Major Categories Non-verbal Communication 1) Proxemics 2) Objects 3) Posture 4) Gestures 5) Environment NARRATOR Today we’ll discuss five major categories of non-verbal communication: one – proxemics, two – objects, three – posture, four – gestures and five – the environment. To help us understand how each of these categories may be interpreted differently in the international marketplace we’ll visit with Dr. Ashish Chandra from India and Dr. Ahmed Ozturk from Turkey . Throughout this program, keep in mind that every culture is unique in its use and interpretation of non-verbal communication. So, a good rule of thumb for the international business-person is to become knowledgeable about the specific culture within which you are doing business. Proxemics is the language of space. It’s how we communicate our feelings our attitudes and our ideas by managing spatial dimensions. For example, have you ever watched how people act on an elevator? They’ll look at everything but the person next to them. They’ll look at the numbers, the ceiling, anything just not each other. Why? because it violates their spatial comfort zone. We just don’t like people being that close to us. In our society we avoid close contact with others unless it involves romance, so when we violate someone’s personal comfort zone, the receiver will concentrate on the violation and not the message. However, this predisposition will vary from culture to culture. Let’s listen in and see if it’s any different in India . 05:45DR. ASHISH CHANDRA Hugging is a very acceptable practice in India , among men also, it’s a form of showing fondness, friendship. Over here if you see a couple of men hugging, I mean, people think twice about that thing, but over there it’s very acceptable and hugging among females is also very acceptable but that hugging will not be the first time, you have to establish that relationship before you go out and hug the other person. Now, if a man hugs a female over there, a male and a female hugging is still off-limits kind of, in most of the places, don’t do it that way. 06:30NARRATOR In India , it appears that both space and gender are issues; what might be appropriate spacing between two males, for example, hugging is not acceptable between a male and female. Once again, you have to make an effort to learn what’s acceptable in the country where you are doing business. 06:454 Spatial Zones 1) Intimate 2) Informal 3) Formal 4) Public NARRATOR There are 4 spatial zones you should be concerned with: One- the intimate zone: Anything less than three feet. Two – the informal zone: From three to seven feet. Three – the formal zone: From 7 to 12 feet. And four – the public zone: from 12 to 20 feet. We’ve already discussed the intimate zone, so let’s discuss the informal zone. For business communication, the informal zone allows you to establish a personal contact with the receiver without invading their privacy bubble. Standing 3 to 7 feet away communicates to the receiver that you’re focused on him individually and not merely as part of a group. When you want to create a more formal atmosphere for something like a committee meeting or business presentation the formal zone is most appropriate. 07:40Formal zone NARRATOR If you’re counseling a subordinate and praising their performance probably the informal zone would be appropriate. But if you’re counseling her for marginal performance the formal zone would be most appropriate. Violating this spatial arrangement would be like saying “Hey Louise , what did you think of the ball game last night? You’re fired!” – a little contradictory communication there. Let’s listen in and see what Dr. Chandra has to say about business meetings in India . 08:15DR. ASHISH CHANDRA One of the things they say in India is that a lot of communication happens through eyes and they will try to look at your eye movements as well, and you’re staring at them directly in a very strong stare, that’s basically like you’re rude and if you’re looking up then you’re avoiding them; so you don’t want to avoid them either. Sometimes you don’t have to look all the way down either but don’t have a direct eye contact.

FINAL PROJECT – Bus Eng 330 – Writing in the Workplace
The office environment exudes a certain professionalism reflected in the communication platform between workers, middle-management supervisors, upper management, and the top-level executives. The communication continues to the organization or company’s target audience, or the public.
There are a plethora of situations and circumstances that merit professional communication through a variety of writing styles or methods to deliver that communication.
As you develop the separate components of the final project, be sure you LABEL each part appropriately as I will be grading on whether you label your work and use a separate sheet for each part of the project. There are SIX (6) separate components of the FINAL PROJECT. You must review feedback on every assignment you’ve submitted in order to present a polished final project.
Below is an overview of the Final Project assignment, and when you submit, the different parts of the project should be in this order ONLY:
Create a resume cover letter to an organization/company to go along with your resume
Create a resume that addresses the job position you are applying for.
The company or organization has offered you the position you applied for, but the pay and benefits are not quite what you hoped for. Devise a professional Letter to the company you applied to that outlines a new salary and a revised set of benefits. Explain why you believe this is a better alternative to the initial salary/benefits offer.
The company/organization has accepted your counter-offer for employment and after two years of working they have decided to promote you to middle-management. Create a cover letter for the new employee that welcomes them to the company and describes the Job Description attachment to the letter.
Create a formal Job Description for the new employee that will serve as an attachment to the cover letter. Write a thorough job description of your duties for the new employee that will take your place. Recall all the categories necessary for a new employee’s job description and ensure you have written a thorough job description.
6. You have interviewed prospective job applicants for your old job and have hired the perfect candidate. However, after a thorough review of the job description, along with the quarterly report figures depicting the growth experienced in their department, and consequently, the entire company, you realize that the duties and time required to perform all of the job functions efficiently exceed the limits of just one person. So, I am asking the students to write an internal proposal requesting a change in procedure from using one employee to utilizing two employees for the position.
Using a memorandum addressed to your immediate boss or supervisor, Human Resources, Logistics Department, and the Finance Department, write an internal proposal showing that two employees are needed to perform your former job. Since you have just hired someone, you will be asking for another position to be added, but you must justify the numbers, position, growth in the last three years, and where this new employee will work, and cover the costs of a new computer, etc. All of this must be worked out in the internal proposal memorandum. P. 410, Figure 12-2 shows the components of a successful internal proposal memorandum. Here is what you need for the internal proposal: The memorandum, a cost analysis, a timeline analysis, and a description of the vendor.
So, you will have the following items in your Final Project, in this order, labeled appropriately, and turned in by ONE FILE ONLY:
Resume Cover Letter (One page only)
Resume (one page only)
Letter to the company that hired you with your counter-offer of proposed new salary and benefits (one to two pages)
Cover Letter to new employee taking your place after promotion to go with the Job Description of your duties (one page only)
Job Description of your duties to new employee (remember your feedback)
Memorandum with an Internal Proposal to your boss and staff mentioned in the instructions, proposing the addition of one new position for your old job position. The Internal Proposal will include the memorandum with essential components shown on p. 410, a cost analysis, a timeline analysis, and a description of the vendor. Be sure you LABEL each part of the internal proposal.
Your assignment of the final project must be in this order, and it MUST be contained in one file. DO NOT SUBMIT SEPARATE FILES! I will not be able to accept your assignment if you ignore the instructions or do not read them….that is on the student, not the professor.

How to Add an Image to Your Discussion:
First, you need to upload any images to your files.
Here is information on how to embed your image into a Discussion.
After you have added your photo/image a box will appear that says “Image Options”. Then the text box opens for Alternative Text (Alt Text), please add a brief description of what the image is. This will allow students to use screen readers to share the experience of images. It only takes three steps:
Give a brief description of what your photo/image is in the Alt Text box.
Pick a size for your photo/image; 200-250 is usually a good size. Type it in the left box and the right box will automatically convert to the correct ratio.
Click the ‘Done’ button.
