The Bible provides a wealth of insight into our lives. God’s Word provides principles that can shape our worldview toward beneficial behavior. However, the Bible also characterizes mankind as born with a sinful nature. We are told in Romans 8:7 “The sinful mind is hostile to God. It does not submit to God’s law, nor can it do so” (New International Version). Due to mankind’s desire to seek selfish ends in all of life, we tend not to do what is right but only what is in our best interest, or so we think. However, God has a plan. Proverbs 19:21 says, “Many are the plans in a man’s heart, but it is the Lord’s purpose that prevails.” Although the sinful nature of humankind is inherent, God has an eternal design. We, too, need a plan in our oversight of information technology use. God’s Word also reminds us that the goal is to treat our fellow members of society with the same respect we want to enjoy. Matthew 7:12 is commonly referred to as the Golden Rule. Jesus said, “So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you. For this sums up the Law and the Prophets.”
Review the material in the “Getting Started” section above, and read Romans 8:7, Proverbs 19:21, and Matthew 7:12.
Be sure to address the following prompts in your paper:
In what areas of your professional life could the Golden Rule, Matthew 7:12, apply?
How should this rule be used in developing a governance plan in technology?
Your paper should be at least 250 words in length.

In Federalist No. 78, Alexander Hamilton argued that the judiciary was the least dangerous branch of government. Many people would argue that Hamilton was incorrect and that today’s courts wield an enormous amount of power. However, Hamilton believed the courts were the least dangerous branch because they had the power of neither the purse nor the sword. The courts’ power increased with John Marshall’s establishment of judicial review.
All presidents are concerned with the legacy they leave once out of office and major influence on this legacy is the Supreme Court justices they appoint. For this reason, politics plays an immense role the nomination process. Consider the nomination of Merrick Garland by Barack Obama in 2016 to fill the vacancy on the Supreme Court created by the death of Justice Antonin Scalia (an icon of conservative ideology). However, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell declared any appointment by the sitting president to be null and void. He said the next Supreme Court justice should be chosen by the next president — to be elected later that year. According to McConnell, “the American people should have a say in the court’s direction. It is a president’s constitutional right to nominate a Supreme Court justice, and it is the Senate’s constitutional right to act as a check on the president and withhold its consent.” Supreme Court picks have often been controversial but there was no precedence to ignore the nominee entirely. Scalia’s seat would later be filled by Neil Gorsuch (nominated by President Donald Trump).
Based on this information (and your own outside research), analyze the process by which U.S. judges are nominated and confirmed. Does this seem like a fair process? What extent does it have on the political lean of the Court, and therefore, on United States law (specifically civil rights and civil liberties)? Cite specific examples. Consider the concepts of judicial activism and judicial restraint in your response.

Question: In preparation for writing your report to senior management next week, conduct the following descriptive statistics analyses with Microsoft Excel. Answer the questions below in your Microsof college essay help online: college essay help online
Answer the questions below in your Microsoft Excel sheet or in a separate Microsoft Word document:
Insert a new column in the database that corresponds to “Annual Sales.” Annual Sales is the result of multiplying a restaurant’s “SqFt.” by “Sales/SqFt.”
Calculate the mean, standard deviation, skew, 5-number summary, and interquartile range (IQR) for each of the variables.
Create a box-plot for the “Annual Sales” variable. Does it look symmetric? Would you prefer the IQR instead of the standard deviation to describe this variable’s dispersion? Why?
Create a histogram for the “Sales/SqFt” variable. Is the distribution symmetric? If not, what is the skew? Are there any outliers? If so, which one(s)? What is the “SqFt” area of the outlier(s)? Is the outlier(s) smaller or larger than the average restaurant in the database? What can you conclude from this observation?
What measure of central tendency is more appropriate to describe “Sales/SqFt”? Why?
Answer: (Below is the response/ answers to the above questions)
STATISTICAL DATA ANALYSIS 1
For the purpose of generating this statistical report, we will be using the Pastas R Us, Inc. database. Additionally, for the creation of the descriptive analysis, a spreadsheet was used. Therefore will be a separate attachment of the spreadsheet for clear explanations.
Descriptive Statistics-Calculation of the standard deviation, Mean, interquartile range (IQR), skew, and 5-number summary for each of the variables
For the purpose of calculating the interquartile range, the skew, means and standard deviation, there were applications to the SPSSS. The table posted below includes a screenshot of the excel output, which shows all the variables calculated.
The creation of a box-plot for the “Annual Sales” variable. Determining if it looks symmetric and deciding if the IQR method or Standard Deviation method would be best for describing the variables dispersion and, of course, why?
Box-plot for the Annual Sales
The image posted above shows the annual sales variable box-plot. However, there is a right-skewing of the data; hence it is not symmetrical. Since the data has no outliers, the interquartile range would not be applicable. Therefore the standard deviations would provide essential information regarding the dispersion of the variables.
From my personal experience and opinion, the standard deviation would be the most applicable because on the box plot, we have no outliers. The standard deviation ensures that all the variables within a dataset are considered and contribute to the total result.
Create a histogram for the “Sales/SqFt” variable. Was the distribution symmetric? If not, what is the skew for the dataset? Were there any outliers? If so, which ones? What is the “SqFt” area of the outliers? Is the outlier(s) larger or smaller than the average restaurant in the database? What can you conclude from this observation?
What measure of central tendency is more appropriate to describe “Sales/SqFt”? Why?
The application of the mean when making predictions will not be stable since there are no significant outliers. Therefore for this scenario, the application of median will have more weight. There is no symmetrical distribution on the histogram for the “sale/SqFt” variables.
The media =396.02
Because the mean is higher than the median, there will be a right skewing of the “sales/SqFt” variable.
The SqFt outlier areas will be 1092 (364 * 3)
From the database, we observe that the average is lower than the outliers.
Since the median is rarely affected by the outliers, it will be considered to be the most effective measure of central tendency. Despite mean is a measure of central tendency, it’s normally affected by the outliers. Mishra et al. (2019).

1ST PEER POST
Companies can require capital in the form of equity or debt, where the majority is keen on a combination of both. if the business is fully funded by equity, cost of capital is the rate of return that should be provided for the investment of shareholders. This will be considered as cost of equity. since there is usually a portion of capital funded by debt as well, cost of debt should be provided for debt holders. Thus, the key difference between cost of equity and cost of debt is that cost of equity is provided for shareholders whereas cost of debt is provided for debt holders.
.The cost of debts accounts for the bondholders or debt holders, while the cost of equity accounts for the shareholders.
. Debt is all about borrowing, bank, and loans, so its the amount to be paid while the equity has nothing to do with taxes.
. Equity doesn’t need to be paid back or repaid, but its generally more than the debt. Since the cost of equity is higher than debt, it gives a high rate of returns.
The choice of risk free asset is relative, it depends on the currency of cash flows, the duration of cash flows and whether they are nominal or real. the nom risk-free interest rate is observed return on a risk-free asset. you can work out the nominal risk-free interest rate using the real risk-free rate and the inflation rate. The most important thing you need to understand about these two concepts is that relationship is determined by the inflation rate in which gives you the concept of nominal.
2ND PEER POST
Good day class,
Why the cost of debt is different from the cost of equity? The one thing about this question is to understand the two keywords, debt, and equity. The definition of debt is a responsibility by the debtor to pay back monies to a creditor. Equity is the possessions that could have liabilities as an attachment. The difference between both would be the debt is paid back and the equity is the money invested which is not meant to be paid back. In theory, debt is tied to responsibility and equity is more associated with proprietorship. Equity can be associated with selling common stock, preferred stock, and retained earnings. Common stock is dividends or shares for the ownership. Preferred stock is considered fixed dividends and retained earnings are the company collective net earnings.
The real risk-free rates are the return rates of a return to the investor on risk-free bonds less the inflation rate. The nominal risk-free rate is the risk-free rate plus the addition of inflation. According to this discussion topic, the interest rate used to assign value to an asset would be the real risk-free rate. The real risk-free rate will add to the inflation which gives the investor a greater knowledge when purchasing. The nominal rate has no economic factors and is considered to be the definite price debtors disburse to the financiers. Understanding interest rates can be complicated to some degree. Interest rates are a specific charge after the principal amount for the use of an asset. An asset can be described as money, property vehicles, or consumer goods to name a few. Interest rates will be very low if the borrower has excellent credit and the rates can be extremely high if the borrower is considered to be high risk. High-risk borrowers tend to pay a much higher cost for any type of loan.

Select any example of a visualization or infographic, maybe your own work or that of others. The task is to undertake a deep, detailed ‘forensic’ like assessment of the design choices made across each of the five layers of the chosen visualization’s anatomy. In each case your assessment is only concerned with one design layer at a time. For this task, take a close look at the annotation choices:
Start by identifying all the annotation features deployed, listing them under the headers of either project or chart annotation
How suitable are the choices and deployment of these annotation features? If they are not, what do you think they should have been?
Go through the set of ‘Influencing factors’ from the latter section of the book’s chapter to help shape your assessment and to possibly inform how you might tackle this design layer differently
Also, considering the range of potential annotation features, what would you do differently or additionally?
Submit a three-page document answering all of the questions above. Be sure to show the visualization first and then thoroughly answer the above questions. Ensure that there are at least two-peer reviewed sources utilized this week to support your work.Your work must be enterely origional, checked with grammarly, and make use of proper grammatical conventions.
Week- 4 essay help online
Select a portion of the Website that you have been assigned that you are interested in.
You are to perform a heuristic evaluation of that Website or product. You are required to use Nielsen’s 10 heuristics for this assignment, available online at: http://www.useit.com/papers/heuristic/heuristic_list.html
To guide you in your complete analysis of the usability analysis, you are required to identify at least one scenario that reflects how a user is likely to use your Website or product in real-life. Try and replicate the user experience as part of the study heuristic evaluation.
This can be very general — if you were evaluating a hotel or airline website, for example, you might think about someone trying to cash in all their frequent “traveler” points, or someone trying to trade in their points as part of a transaction. Your goal here is to develop a basic scenario that will guide your heuristic evaluation.
Using the scenario, you will then systematically evaluate the interface – screen by screen on a transactional basis of your chosen site or product, checking to see which interface elements you encounter (if any) result in problematic experiences. Once you experience challenging experiences, you will document these areas and identify ways in which these areas can be improved potentially in order to avoid violating any of Nielsen’s heuristics.
Note: You should work from your scenario, and not work from the heuristics (i.e., don’t take each heuristic one at a time, looking for heuristic violations on the site).
Your paper should be 4-6 pages in length. You must cite all sources using APA format. It is strongly encouraged you integrate at least 2-3 screenshots of your user experience to include the outputs of your study. When responding, make sure to answer each of these questions:
Identify the website or product you have been assigned (including a screenshot), and briefly describe the reason you selected the section of the Website evaluated.
Describe the scenario you used to focus your evaluation, and explain how you approached the site/product with respect to the usability heuristics.
Provide a detailed analysis of the usability flaws you found for this site, along with a) the heuristics each flaw violates, and b) an explanation of why this flaw violates those heuristics.
Discuss some possible design recommendations that could improve the site, explaining how each recommended change would address the usability flaws you identified above.

This original post must contain a minimum of 250 words. Students must demonstrate critical thinking by paraphrasing the material into their own words (direct quotes should be used in a limited manner as this does not display critical thinking). All statements in the post that are not general knowledge should be cited to their source. Be sure to clearly relate the readings to the lesson concepts. Students may further synthesize this research relating to personal experiences. All citations should be in APA format with a reference listing at the bottom of the post in APA format (be sure to include a link to the website of your current event in the reference listing).

the paper is based on this self-assessment and a previous essay, following the guidelines included
Feedback: You may exhibit high consideration leader behavior.
Interpreting the Result
The first six items of the scale (1 to 6) measure the dimension of leadership known as initiating structure. You can see they are intended to assess how much you tend to focus on getting others to accomplish the task at hand. The second six items of the scale (7 to 12) measure the second dimension, known as consideration.
It is important to note that an individual can be low, moderate, or high on each scale. That is, being high in initiating structure does not mean you are going to score low on consideration. Instead, a person can be high on both, low on both, or any other combination of scores.
Most leadership experts think the best leaders are high on both the initiating structure and consideration dimensions.
If you aspire to leadership positions, you should take time to reflect on the results of this self-assessment. If you scored high on both dimensions, this may indicate you tend to exhibit behaviors which are associated with effective leadership in many different contexts. You should continue to look for opportunities to practice your leadership skills.
If you scored high on one dimension, but low or moderate on the other dimension, you should reflect on why this might be. Since the most effective leaders are strong on both dimensions, you should look at the items of the dimension where you scored in the low or moderate range, and make a plan for working on improving those specific behaviors. You are more likely to advance in leadership positions to the extent you are able to be strong in both areas.
Most importantly, you can practice your leadership skills while you are a student. College students have many opportunities to become leaders including working with a student organization, volunteering with a local non-profit such as Big Brother or Big Sister, taking a leadership role on your varsity or intramural athletic team, taking a student leadership role on campus, and on and on. The best way to prepare yourself for leadership is to be a leader, to self-consciously think about your strengths and weaknesses, and to learn from your mistakes.
Remember your score on this self-assessment, while useful for self-understanding, should not be over-interpreted. First, every person is complex and it is impossible to fully capture your uniqueness in a short self-assessment. Second, you may well find your leadership behaviors may change over time, or you may come to understand what your leadership behaviors actually are only later in life. Third, it is often helpful to seek out the advice of someone who knows you well to see if their perception of you is consistent with your perception of yourself. Use this self-assessment as a starting point for your understanding of yourself, not the finish line.

Step 1: Post your research report as a Word or rtf attachment (this is so a classmate can read it);
Step 2: Choose a classmate’s research report and post a response telling him/her that you are reading his/her report – only 1 reader for each report, please;

from ta- FOCUS ON CONSTRUCTS NOT THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE THIS DISORDER i asked my ta questions for further help: Creation of constructs means who created the terms and why? Someone came up with the constructs for some purpose. Think about the constructs in the DSM vs Hare’s Checklist. I think it would be probably be best if you put them both in the same paragraph since you are comparing the two constructs. I think that it may be better to amalgamate these short paragraphs into larger ones. A paragraph should contain a complete idea. So you would have one paragraph on comparing and contrasting creation on ASPD vs psychopathy construct. I think if you try to break it down into these small paragraphs, you won’t be able to weave in your argument. For each section, you need to compare and contrast the two constructs so you can’t really have paragraphs without both. Where would you include Hares checklist and triarchic model when talking about psychopathy? You would likely want to address this in the paragraph on “creation.” Can we be comparing and contrasting throughout the entire essay even in the paragraphs in regards to real-life implications? For example can I argue that Psychopathy is more dangerous than Aspd based on prevalence or should I just have that in the first paragraph with the similarities and differences? You should be including info for your arguments on ASPD/psychopathy in every paragraph – so by extension, yes, there should be comparing and contrasting throughout the paper. Remember, this paper is on the constructs so just talking about whether psychopathy or ASPD is more dangerous is not quite getting at the heart of the assignment. But if you phrase that a bit differently, to talk about the prevalence of these conditions in the real world then that would fit in with real-life implications. rubric to follow PLEASE FOLLOW THE OUTLINE but for the last paragraph there needs to be a concluded argument for the pros and cons to be following
