In this project, you will demonstrate your mastery of the following competency:

Assess current performance of an organization through analysis of financial statements.
Scenario
In Project One: Applying Strategic and Operational Thinking, you prepared Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the marketing and sales departments of your product line.

Now, the CEO has provided you with a revised set of KPIs. You need to apply these KPIs toward the analysis of a proposed marketing and sales initiative to increase loyalty card memberships in neighborhoods with predominantly low-income populations, whether the populations are in rural, suburban, or city locations.

The CEO wants this analysis so that she can chart the sustainability and growth of the initiative while assuring it meets standards for Corporate Social Responsibility.

The CEO has provided you with several documents, available in the Supporting Materials section of this project. She wants you to use the provided Triple Bottom Line Balanced Scorecard to assess the strategic plan’s compliance with the KPIs and summarize your findings in a memo.

Directions
Complete the following to provide the analysis required by the CEO:

Identify the financial records that indicate commitment to TBL.
Outline which financial and other records marketing and sales maintains where TBL can provide data.
Using the TBL scorecard, evaluate the alignment of the strategic plan with KPIs. Remember, there may be multiple outcomes of this exercise. Your focus should be to apply your understanding of the scenario and evaluate the plan accordingly.
Which ideas in the plan support the KPI criteria? Cite specific ideas that meet the criteria.
Explain how they meet the criteria.
In your memo:
Describe how the TBL data relates to the KPIs.
Identify which additional TBL financial line items are needed to measure the cost for each criterion.
For example, should there be a line entry for hiring temporary workers?
Referring back to the SWOT analyses from Project One, explain how functional considerations of individual departments contribute to financial performance.
What to Submit
To complete this project, you must submit the following:

KPI and Triple Bottom Line Balanced Scorecard

Complete and submit the KPI and Triple Bottom Line Balanced Scorecard. In the scorecard spreadsheet, identify one additional KPI, a related SMART objective, and its measurement criterion. You need to do this for all three elements of TBL: people, planet, and profit. You have been provided with one example for each TBL element.
Analysis Memo

In a Word document, write a memo outlining your analysis. Ensure that the memo is organized by TBL element with a header for each segment of your analysis. The Word document should use double-spacing, 12-point Times New Roman font, and one-inch margins. This memo should be no more than 6 pages in length, and include references cited in APA format. Consult the Shapiro Library APA Style Guide for more information on citations.

Case Study in Computer Forensics college essay help online: college essay help online

In a 500-750 word APA-cited research paper, present a case study on an investigation in which computer forensics were instrumental in the solving and prosecution of a crime. At a minimum, cite a media account of each case in APA style. Research another source which supports that investigation. For instance, if the case involves a cell phone, research the data available on a cell phone forensic examination or a similar topic.

Summarize the case facts and explain specifically how the case was solved and/or prosecuted with the digital evidence. Did the police have any trouble accessing the evidence (e.g. deletion, locked devices, etc)?

Discuss any methods or techniques which may have been used, or perhaps that are available today and were not at the time of the investigation.

Xenoestrogens bad effects Essay best essay help

I would like a paper on Xenoestrogens, what they are and a clear line of reasoning on their terrible affects on the human body, how they are in foods and products that hurt humans and hurt men and specifically women hormone balances and fertility. Also on how Xenoestrogens are found in birth control pills which can hurt a females body and have possibly long term effects. I would also like a lot of evidence explaining the ways in which Xenoestrogens are generally very bad toxins and are harming a lot of the everyday products we consume. Dr.Jolene Brightens website had a lot of information as well as PubMed. The main point is that Xenoestrogens are endocrine disrupters and could have damaging impacts later on with the body.. possibly leading to chronic illnesses.

Complete a formal analysis of the painting attached, ” YELLOW, RED AND BLUE, C.1925 by Wassily Kandinsky”. In other words, write about the impact of the image through its Appearance. Pick any of the elements (color, shapes, lines) and/or any of the principles (balance, hierarchy, contrast) that seem important in the impact of the image and write about their effect on you. Although you may mention aspects of the content or what the images depicts, try NOT to concentrate on that aspect. Instead focus on the feeling that you get from the elements and principles. You might even want to look at the image upside down for a few moments in order to avoid focusing too much on what it shows. Your goal here is to see if you can get a sense of how things like color and shape or balance and hierarchy affect you or have an impact on you or make you feel a certain way when you look at the image. Try to use descriiptive words like calm or frenzied, gentle or intense, rigid or flowing (or even poetry of that works).

Net Stats: Should They Expect to Fail?

For years, broad surveys have reported surprisingly high rates of ERP project failures. In a survey exploring the nature of these failures, Panorama Consulting Solutions, an ERP systems integrator, found that in 2015, 57 percent of ERP projects experienced cost overruns and schedule overruns. Even worse, 46 percent of the survey respondents reported receiving less than half of the expected benefits from their ERP implementation; 10 percent did not realize any measurable benefits. Clearly, ERP implementations are prone to difficulties and delays, but the reasons behind the problems are difficult to pinpoint.

ERP Case study Questions

7-34. Search the web to identify a story about a recent ERP implementation failure. 7-35. Interpret the article you located. What caused the project to fail? What could have been done differently?
7-36.Describe how the Panorama survey might look in 5 years and 10 years. Will success rates improve? Get worse? Why?

THIS IS WHO I WANT YOU TO RESPOND TO
1. Sedric Applewhite – Tuesday, February 8, 2022, 5:58 AM
Hi class,

The primary research question in the article “Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder’s (ASD) Lying is Correlated with their Working Memory but not Theory of Mind” (TM) was whether children with ASD rely on executive function, particularly working memory, to a much greater extent than on TM when they engage in deception. The participants of this study were selected based on the developmental conditions being studied. The group of participants included 20 children with autism, 20 with intellectual disability (ID), and 20 typically developing (TD) children. The criteria were that the participants must have been diagnosed with the condition in a specialized hospital using appropriate diagnostic tools.

The researchers did not provide a summary of the results. The study presents strong evidence on why studying how ASD children use their working memory during deception is significant. Through a review of previously done studies and the findings of the present empirical study, Ma et al. (2019) show that clinicians can train the working memories of children with ASD to improve their social functioning. In this study, random assignment was not used as children had to be matched based on their verbal and nonverbal ability. The study concludes that children with ASD told fewer lies compared to those with ID and TD, and also that children on the spectrum used their working memory. The statistics presented are significant because the correlation between working memory and lying can be used positively to help ASD children function in social settings. However, it is difficult to establish why ASD children use their working memory when lying which signified that the study did not provide readers with the cause and effect.

This week we read about Dr. Bloom’s recommendations for scheduling a return to work. Summarize his recommendations and explain why online essay help

This week we read about Dr. Bloom’s recommendations for scheduling a return to work. Summarize his recommendations and explain why you agree or disagree. Describe any additional assumptions needed to understand why the recommended course of action would be successful or not (ex, particular industries, types of workshifts, company culture). Do you need or want more data to strengthen your opinion? If so, what data and how would you obtain it? In addition to your narrative, make a flow chart that describes steps for a safe return to the worksite. Point out the risks involved in each step and suggest preventative actions you would take to reduce the risk of spreading COVID19 at work. The last step in the flowchart should be a safe return of employees to the office (with additional requirements as desired to fit your plan). Keep in mind that you face risks no matter what plan of action you decide. Your job is to identify and minimize risks. In order to do that, you need to know how to look for risks and have the data to back up your reasoning. If you cannot justify your reasoning, you will have a much harder time convincing anyone else to listen to your assessment.
